As for the Dome itself, I can't really help without knowing the exact problem. Be sure to explore everywhere, including the basement. If you see a broken-looking computer in the wall, you can blow it up with a bomb and enter a passage behind it. I think you have to do this a couple times. After you find the bracelet chip thing, you can push all the blocks with a plus on it. There are four in the level that have a colored number under it - be sure to remember what color all the numbers were, because you'll need them later.
On another note, I've been mapping out the game. I currently have maps of:
- Mega City and Lapin Town, both with details on what is inside every building
- The Forest, Mines, and Secret Facility
- The part of the South you can access early on
- All 6 Decks of the m/s Mariel
- All 4 floors of the ? Dome, and
- As much of the Sewers as you would have seen at that point
I plan to start a new file at some point and make maps of the Power Plant and Iso Dome as well, not to mention the Overworld and Caves that I've been putting off. Hopefully the whole game will be mapped out at some point. I'm not sure what to do with these maps, but they'll sure be helpful to people stuck in the game. They're helping me a lot, since I can keep track of where I've been in levels and where all the items are.
Here's a sample one, of Mega City. This one doesn't give away too much, so it shouldnt be a problem that I'm posting it here. If you want to explore Mega City without a map for some reason, just don't look at it. http://img.photobuck...us/MegaCity.png
Edit: I think photobucket shrunk it down really small, and I can't find a way to make it bigger.

Use Imageshack. That should work.

1. This pertains to the large dark cave you can access from both a pit in the cave you have to bomb open a couple screens left from the NE entrance, and leads to an area near the Iso Dome. You can also reach it from a pit in the cave you access from that one house in Mega City, and it contains a staircase leading to the Garage. Now that that's settled...
There are 6 screens of this cave I have apparently explored on one file, but not the other, and I have no idea how I reached them. I need to find them again so I can get screenshots and add them to the map. The 6 screens in question are in the SW corner of the cave, below the Garage staircase and to the left of the exit leading to the Iso Dome mentioned earlier.
2. In the aforementioned cave you bomb open that is near Mega City, I've reached a dead end. In the SW corner, there is a Heart Piece blocked by a few boulders that you can push, but you can't push them out of the way. My question is simple. How do you get over there? I've been around the overworld a good number of times, and I can't find any more secret cave entrances... except that stupid one that's a tile too high on the cliff wall to enter. You know the one I mean. Can you get in there at all? If so, how, and is this what I'm looking for? If not, then where is the other cave entrance that eventually leads to that Heart Piece?
There are a few other dead-ends and missing screens I have for caves, but I imagine they are simply because I'm not that far into the game yet, and don't have whatever item gets rid of those large, squarish, crack-covered blocks (I assume the Hammer)

Also In the "Doom" Place I found a glitch tile. When you warp to the stractorok room, you don't have to fight him. You just step on a tile near a skull and you'll be sent to a blank room (Screen 80) with 4 keese. Leave by going south and you'll be sent back to the stractorok room...but he's not there! Also I can't seem to find the master sword in there. I can only reach the room above the head on the stick covered with a stick. In that room is a skull on the wall with some like like and evil hands. What do I do from there? Super Bomb the skull? I really didn't like your evilness in that mini level. Disabling subscreen? Your too evil. The level didn't bother me. So what do I from there? Also I'm going to borrow some ideas from this quest into mine. Remember that statement.

And to destroy the skull you have to bomb it's forehead with a super bomb (normal bombs should work too) to reveal the head's brains. Shoot the exposed brains and the thing is dead.
Jish, those caves are so big and complex + I have a bad memory, so I have to check from the quest tomorrow how you can get to the areas you're trying to get. Oh, and I appreciate your work on the maps, thanks.
