Hey Twinblake,
I got stuck in Lvl3 at the beginning. Found one key in the many chests and then opened one door - in the next room there is a stairway together with lava and you need a hookshot I think to reach the chest over there.
I went into the stairway - in the passageway underneath I think there is one bug: I can walk on the wall and not only that - there appears a key in the upper left corner on the screen, please look

Yeah, its my understanding that the key is there because the screen containing the passageway also has a key (the room with the lava). I tried using layers to cover it up, but that key just stays there.
As for the second key you need to continue in the dungeon, did you reach the triforce tablet close to the room with lots of treasure chests? It reveals the theme of the dungeon and helps you know what to do to continue. Once you have that info, head north twice from the entrance, kill the Ghinis and some stairs will appear. Then head left, kill the stalfos and four colored treasure chests will appear to help you navigate through the maze that's close by.

You're right about both the flute and white sword.
With the hookshot, you have access to a few more areas. Look for a cave close to Crater Canyon by pushing a rock and hookshot across for a key. Then look near West Shrine for a hookshot spot and you'll come to the Tower of Time for the Harp(flute).
The white sword is in Dungeon of Trials #1, which you probably stumbled upon in the past graveyard. You can get through the dungeon now, but you'll need the harp to get the sword.
After getting the harp, you can get to Level 4. Aurelia said that it was atop the highest mountain.
Allright thanks for help and yes i found that key also

I've given up on this one because of glitchyness, much of which was the fault of my version of Zelda Classic. It's pretty decent for a good quest, though. Good job, Twinblake!
That's a bit unfair giving that you are using the wrong version. You shouldn't be able to find any game-stopping or many bugs at all.

I am stuck on level 2. I have found the bracelet and the boss key. The only thing i cant get are 2 chest. How can I get them?

Those are both extra chests. For the one in your picture, just go one screen to the left and push the purple block to the right with the power bracelet.
For the one you highlighted on the dungeon map, enter B1F where you would as if you were going to the boss key. On the room above that one, you can bomb the south wall for an extra 50 rupees.

Yeah, I ran into a weird bug with health, and I don't think it's isolated to just one version of ZC...Basically it made me invincible. In addition, there were a lot of screen edge bugs that made me walk into solid combos...It's a good quest, but it could use some more work...
Also "pretty decent for a good quest". I meant pretty good for a first quest. I must have been half asleep...

I was searching for the raft (having trouble finding the right cave... going around in circles) when I decided to save my progress on the mountain (in the present). When I went to play the game again, I found I am unable to move from my spot. Link was placed right on the warp tile in the present mountain and will not move. The only button that I can press is the menu button.
I'm running the proper version. Not sure what happened. I was hoping to whistle my way out of there, but the controls aren't responding. This is the first time I've ever seen this happen. I don't know how to import pictures on here.
I also found a smaller bug near the west shrine. When you play the harp on the warp tiles near large bodies of water, Link gains the ability to walk on said water. I could play the harp and then walk on the water to donut island without flippers. Turns out there's nothing really of interest here except map exploration but still. Worth noting. When Link enters a cave or makes his way to the swamp area, he loses this water walking ability.

I think I may have found a bug.

Thank you for telling me about these issues. I've never gotten stuck on the mountain before, but I looked around I think I found the problem. You can download the quest file here, I hope that it fixes the problem for you.
As for the whistle thing, that's a very strange bug! I'll have to look into that. I plan on releasing an update for the game soon that'll address that issue and a few others, but wanted to get you the mountain fix so you can continue playing.
@Pokemonmaster64:
I'll also look into correcting issues of walking into solid objects. I had always thought ZC wouldn't let you walk onto solid tiles from a previous screen, but I guess that's wrong.

Nope, that switch is involved in finding the last Dungeon of Trials.
For level 5, check out this post.
Also, this may help you find the mountain entrance when you get to that point.
When you leave the first entrance in level 5, you should have gotten a new item, have an extra key, a lowered the water level by killing the darknut.
When you leave the second a part of level 5 (west shrine), you should have the silver arrow.
Before you go to the mountain entrance, grab a key from the Tower of Time entrance.
Hopefully that doesn't spoil too much!
Ugh, can I have some assistance in getting to the last trial? I have beaten level 8.

Dungeon of Trials #3 is located in the swamp in the past. In the swamp, go in the northeast portal and enter the past. Use the raft to reach the spot labeled "Come here first." With full HP and the magic sword, use your sword beam to hit the switch. (to get Nayru's Love you also need to use sword beam, its in the great caves).
Once you hit the switch enter the portal you have to use hookshot to reach and follow the map to that last portal. Then you'll come to the third trial dungeon.
