Hi,
Level 2 is: Go 3 screens to the right from where you started the game then go 2 screens down. Use the candle on the mushroom in front of the entrance.

Can anybody steer me in the direction of level 6....I finished level 5 so I have the bracelet, red lamp and bigger purse. I can now move some objects blocking pathways in the overworld, but haven't found level 6. Also have the level 3 sword ( you need 10 hearts)...that was a tricky venture finding which way to go in that cavern . Does finding level 6 involve the raft...because I don't have that yet. I thought level 4 was more devious, demented, butt-kicking, head-scratching, eventually euphoria inducing than level 5....not that level 5 was a walk in the park with my high school sweetheart, because that was also a brilliant piece of work!!

I think I found the way...under the floor board....keep checking all options!!! icon_wink.gif

After the W,W,N moves there are 7 more rooms to go through. The only way you can possibly go is toward the bracelet (provided you took care of the one switch previously). I assumed you explored B2 enough to find the timed room. Do you need help with finding the timed room or taking care of that one switch?

What exactly do you need some help with?? There is a shield shop a little SW of the start...you need a bigger purse to buy the reflect shield, but a regualar shield is sold there. To get to the timed room, you have to fall through a hole in the floor and go E,E,S.

The "necklace" is given to the old man ( from under the floorboard) who then gives you something in return.

The bigger purse is in level 5, on the way to the boss.

The way to "boost" that is in the forum with pictures....that's what I used...very helpful!! The colored blocks tell you which direction to go....check out the help thread....either this one or the one over at Elise's....might be there...I know it is well explained with pics, too icon_thumbsup.gif

The boss in level 4.do not underestimate the power of the TNT (dy-no-mite, as Jimmy Walker would say!)

I have to get something off my chest....when I read through the threads for CQA, I saw where Rocksfan was taking some heat for the difficulty level in this quest,,,,to the point where Rocksfan was swayed by this "namby-pamby" talk to the point where he said he would tone it down. NO WAY!!! You rock Rocksfan!!! Keep it coming...that's what separates the average from the above average. Make us work to advance...keep the curveballs coming...develop new pitches...make my head spin. You're not losing us with acres and acres of overworld to explore, you're making us keep track of the finite choices that we confront in your quests. So the first and second choices don't work...that's life!! I say, keep it coming!!! If you can't handle it, then find another game to play. If you're going to sample Rocksfan's menu, then let loose of your momma's hand and run with the big dogs. Too many options to consider? Too strong of a foe for your not-so-super-weaponry? Then too bad...find a more gentle game. I want the jalepeno peppers when I dine with Rocksfan...please don't change the recipe!! In fact , it's time for another selection in the menu!! CQA. Retirement 3 and Requiem embody quite a buffet, but another offering could be the perfect dessert!!!

Thanks for the vote of confidence. It makes me happy to hear that there are some hard core players out there that love the challenge.
Believe you me, when I finish with LR4 your head will spin faster.
However, I cam currently working a nice little project called the quick fix. It will be a simple quest living up to it's name, but it will also live up to it's author.
Again, I'm glad you like my work.

Just a heads up. Level 9 WILL NOT be easy. Only 3 people have beaten this quest. One of which was a tester.
