So today at work, the paint guy gave me the duster he was using because it looked interesting, and he had plenty. Then I go home, and I see it.

Anyway, does anyone remember an image that appeared shortly-so after the Canterlot wedding episodes, involving at least a 4x4 grid, each box containing an element that the episode featured, such as a political coup, sabotage, imprisonment, matricide, and many more, with the caption with something like "All of this in just two episodes." Looking for that image.

Oh um, 26 per season thus far, I think. Yep.

Yep. First two seasons were 26 episodes each, and the third is set to be 13 episodes. There's also been some buzz about a 66-minute Friendship is Magic feature film to be released sometime in mid-december (ShoutFactory leaked some dvd information which distinctly said "Friendship is Magic, 1x66minutes")

Wootie has hinted that there's a 26-episode season 4 approved by hasbro that they simply have yet to officially announce.

Basically, the consensus is that the hour-long movie coming out in december is the only reason why S3 won't be't 26 episodes.
