Look at this map's waterfalls, and back to yours. See a difference?

The waterfalls in the map Guardian posted look dull and uninteresting. The waterfall in Dragonite's screen looks interesting. Not everything has to be realistic it is a frigging game....
Dragonite's look more realistic to me, because have you ever seen big waterfalls perfectly going down a mountain?
I agree with Guardian, Dragonite, it has been bugging me for awhile.

How can a waterfall be uninteresting? It's not like they're there for you to stare in awe for less than a second.

This. Oh this.
It's a video game. Who really cares if something doesn't make sense or doesn't match up with the real world. It's a video game, god dammit! Play it, make it, enjoy it.
That's my view on waterfalls.

This might not exactly be on topic, but who made that map? Is it from someone's quest or something? Cause...y'know...it's awesome

Speaking of gb maps, this is something I made a little while back; nothing too extravagant, because gb sets (and honestly most sets derived from gb tiles) usually look better when they aren't having a million things going on at once on a screen-to-screen basis. Also because it's the area about the first dungeon and there's really not much reason to go all-out for that.
[Yes, I see the tree error up top, don't worry about it.]
I actually remember Revfan saying something positive about simple mountain usage years and years ago. Granted, the example he used was... a bit much in the opposite direction, but still.

Dude those screens are the best Do you plan on making a full quest?
Yes. Me and a friend are making a quest together, that is the start of my Fire Dragon Dungeon in that quest.
@Rydia: Thanks a bunch.
