To be honest, I only ever played Zelda games up to Majora's Mask, the Oracle games and Minish Cap. But thanks for the compliment!

Well, in TP there is a crapton of rupee chests and each time you get the item pickup message, even if you just get one green rupee. At some point in the game I stopped opening chests outside of dungeons and even then it frustrated me immensly...

It's even worse than that. Even rupees you pick up outside of chests have their own pickup message. It stops appearing after the first one of each denomination...until you save and quit. Then the pickup messages inexplicably show up again.

Finished the sunscreens in Hylian Spirits! Now all that's left is Link's spirit powers and a working map system, unfortunately MM's map isn't working for my quest. Once those are done all the player interactions and controls will be done and just a matter of finishing the world and enemy scripts!

Thanks to the expo's due date being extended, I went back and decided to make a couple changes to my entry. For starters, you no longer have to get a separate Bow and Arrow item; all you have to do is find the Bow. That means the shop that originally had the arrows had them replaced with something else, something originally unobtainable without using cheats. I also added this item because of all of the "unmarked" bombable walls that people hate. I mean they're supposed to be secrets, not have flashing neon signs that say "Bomb here stupid!" or something else to make it plain obvious. The item is accessible pretty early on, although it may require a little bit of grinding to get.

I also caught a mistake with one of the DMaps having its compass location set to screen 62 when it should have been screen 51. I didn't catch it until I reviewed one of my recently uploaded screenshots.

I managed to finally finish Legend of Lana. I'm now gonna go and get the next couple quests down that I haven't tried yet...

I've also been thinking about making a trailer for AR3, but I haven't really gotten anything down yet. I might get it done before the extended deadline is over, but I dunno right now lol

Roughly created nine mountain screens. :)

Late, but...

To be quite honest, I still don't get why people assume bombable walls were meant to be some sort of cryptic secret outside Zelda 1. I saw them more as obstacles than secrets in the later titles. Nothing wrong with either, but I find it silly people see them as secrets. Do you think Nintendo are that silly? I mean come on. :blah:

Yeah, but in that case, it's a really poor obstacle, because all people know how to blow a rock. It's the same question as ever, core gameplay mechanics vs variety. Variety in a game gets old with time and replays. Core gameplay mechanics are always fresh.

Talking and spending some more time with my boyfriend.

He gets a bit grabby with me during watching TV with hims while we are sitting together cuddling.*

He always likes to jolt me and shock me alert before he grabs my arms and goes in for my face.

He says i look cute with the split- shocked expressions.

Yes and am still working on my Zelda project. I tried making some pictures for the intro of my game

Am busy organizing all the music for Mystical-Harps Part-1 of 5 or maybe of 7.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I have no intentions in turning this into a debate, especially not here. I was simply pointing out the possibility that Nintendo might have intended later bombable walls to be obstacles, nothing more or less.

Finished up the mountain area of this project, and gave it a wave of polish. I sent the .qst file to someone else.

Yesterday, I created Joel's birthday present in the form of a mini-quest - a sequel to his last one. Sadly his recording failed so it kinda killed it for me, but I'm glad Joel and Eddy both enjoyed(?) it. However, I'm expanding it for no reason whatsoever other than boredom.
