I'm thinking about helping do some NPC voices for the MLP MMORPG "Legends of Equestria".
They're looking for a lot of voice actors so I might have a chance.

It's very, very intense, I think. Lyra has a curse where she everyone forgets about her every few half-hours or so, more or less. Imagine if you weren't able to save your game in any video game you played. It's a lot like that.

Wait. So it's Memento with Lyra as Leonard? Because, I don't often read fanfiction, but that alone goes a long way to sell me on this particular fic.

Seriously, your description is possibly the most enticing I've ever heard given for any fanfic. It's making me want to read it, and I very specifically don't want to want to read it!

I'm in the second half of chapter IV, and it's just getting better and better. It's long. It really is. But it's completely worthwhile, and entirely engrossing. I'm only pausing periodically to post inspiring and eerie comments on Facebook from what I'm admiring about it, and to get up to use the restroom or odd little distractions like food.

I am (trying to) make Twilight Sparkle walk. I'm at the stairs. I can get halfway down (falling) before she bonks her head on the floor.

So yes I played it and having never really played much of a Street Fighter type game (Bloody Roar is slightly better in terms of engine so I won't count that) I was enthused at the simplicity of the gameplay style yet complexity of the potential for interesting moves and combos. I can't wait to see what they do with Dashie.

So I just made my second order of Amazon.com pony stuff. Latest purchases include the Canterlot Wedding dvd, several wave 1 and wave 2 blind bags, and a rather uncommon VHS of Rescue at Midnight Castle.

It has been a good day.
