Right outside Fortress 9. Been quite fun! I'll be downloading your new quest as soon as I finish this one (probably tomorrow).

I only have two questions. I found a staircase early on in the game but couldn't do anything inside the cave because it was somewhat dark and there was a knight blocking the pathway. It didn't fight or hurt me, but I couldn't do anything at the time. I've looked for this cave since and cannot find it. I hate to ask because I'm pretty much against asking for help in Zelda games, but I've searched everywhere for that cave again and can't find it.

And where did you get the "small island" music? I really like it and want to download it Also, I recognized the Hurricane Cave music after like two notes. lol Makes me want to go watch The Goonies!

You have to use a certain item to get rid of that knight. That cave is to the left of the large waterfall (level 6 area).

However, since you have reached fortress 9, it is probable that you no longer need what's inside.

It is the level 1 magic ring, you probably have a higher level one by now

At the Key Cave. Calling it at night though since it's 2:40 in the morning. I went through the Master Cave and explored every room except one.



Is there anything special in that room? I would prefer not to have to go and try to find my way back through if possible. Figured I'd ask instead and save me some time

I would guess you're missing the magic jar. Search near the beginning. The Lens will cue you in

Overall, fantastic quest! One of the best Zelda customs I've played. I had so much fun exploring the map and trying to find all the items. The dungeon themes were very awesome and very well put together. Obviously a lot of thought and hard work went into this quest and I really think it was worth it I did miss out on 4 heart pieces and I think a magic jar upgrade but that's ok. Not sure if I missed any actual items though. There are some empty spaces in the subscreen but I don't know if you used those items/spaces or not.

I will say I was loosing all hope in the final fortress with the amount of damage I was taking and almost called it quits. I forgot you could pay for hints in the dungoen and that clued me in as to certain items I could pick up in the dungeon to help me out.

I might LP this game. Obviously not 100% since I don't know where everything is, but I really want to play through this game again. I have a youtube channel where I do LPs with a little over a 100 subscribers. I think this would be something some of them would like to see. Plus it would help get your quest out there to those that really don't know about customs, etc!

Again, fantastic quest. Thanks for all the fun! I really look forward to Resurrection!

In Lv. 6 have the big key and wand and amulet but can't find the boss. Looks like I have 8 rooms left to explore in a more or less L shape in the top right. Any help?

Look for a walkthrough wall in the room with the four warps.

I am currently in the Maze Fortress. I don't know exactly what room because I have not yet got the map or compass but it is north of the room with the black jelly creatures. In this room I am suppose to move blocks in there proper positions to leave the room but unfortunately I moved one in front of the only door out, so now I am stuck in here. I have not yet saved my game so i really don't want to reset the game. Is there anything at all i can do to get out of here without starting the game from scratch? Even a cheat code or something just to get me out of here would be great. I also have attached a screenshot of what I am talking about.

Sorry about that.

Use F6 and choose 'save'.

When I press F6 it asks me to end current game and my choices are ok and cancel. Is that what you mean??
