Sorry for the double post, but is there a secret for getting the boss key in Level 7? I used the chaos arrow on the fan to stop it, but I can't get past that last bit to the key. Any help would be appreciated!

Yup. Timing. That's about it. If you can't make it yourself, I can always PM you the level 4 cheat. Just be aware that you'll probably have to glitch through a wall or something. Pits can still stop cheaters.

Just defeated Ganon, very nice quest so far! One quick question though:

Does octorok mode serve a purpose? It's cool, but you lose your shield!

I also noticed what I believe to be a bug on the ice mountains. When you enter the area, if you go two screens to the right, and one screen up, you'll come to a frozen lake. On that screen, theres a hidden staircase revealed by using the wand. If you go in, it takes you to a blank screen on the cave map. I'm playing the easier version of the quest btw if that helps!

Alright, finished level 3 and editing majority of the footage. (There was something like an hour's worth of it. O_o) I ended up going off to look for the L2 sword, but couldn't for the life of me find it. But I did find a whole bunch of other things. While it was shot inbetween level 3, it'll be it's own separate video to keep things neat. (That is, each major update being the completion of a dungeon.)

So I've got two questions for you; could I get a bit of a tip for the location of the L2 sword? And what does the scroll that those magic octoroks drop do? (In the area that is not a forest.)

@SpacemanDan: The L2 sword is in a cave reached by swimming near the Not a Forest. The scroll is probably Quake Hammer...I forget...lol

Nope! You're not stuck, its just a black screen. It's the same map and dmap that you use for the cave with the octorok upgrade and return to link upgrade. Using F6 to continue lets you continue playing.

Yeah, Ima have to fix that...also, Octorok mode is just to add an extra little challenge. Because lord knows this quest needs it.

Flöte Zabur...the name and layout are a reference to a certain link to the past glitch...Look up a user named greenalink's channel on youtube and look up his series of videos on the mirror glitch.

I'm stuck again! I've looked all over the dark world and I'm missing one of the dark matter pieces. I got the ones from the swamp, caves, plains (I forget name, had MMX4 song), sky, dead land, and the soul portal. I also beat disco palace and saw that it revealed the way to the Chaospire.
I found level - B, and with a bit of frustration figured out how to continue on until Flote Zabur. I've looked at several youtube videos about that glitch and it doesn't seem to help at all. If I go south in Zabur I die in lava, and you can fall in the pit too, but if I do, I'm stuck. Using the lens I could see that I could bomb the floor (and while regular bomb wouldn't reach, super bomb did) but it still did nothing.

Anything more specific you can tell me that might help? I saw you mentioned DW Level 8 was around the Soul Portal area and Level B was all I could find, am I in the wrong place?

In the Flöte Zabur area, you need to jump into the pit, use the whistle while jumping, and then bomb the ground anywhere. You'll fall through the floor and be able to escape by walking south.

I assume you mean Light World Level 3? It's in the South Eastern corner of the map.

Edit: Blaman beat level 3 in the newest parts of his LP. Check that if you get stuck.

There is no ladder. I removed it because of bugs with some 2.5 builds.

I still can't figure out Flote Zabur, but thats ok, as I assume its an optional level?
