I started up SaGa Frontier 2 since I never finished it. Now that I understand the game better, it's been a lot easier than any previous time I've played.

The SaGa games are a very unique feel to most RPGs. (Thanks Japan. 8))
It was after this game where the series kinda took a big fart and died. (Clearly my biased opinion.)
I did not like the remake of Romancing SaGa 2 on the PS2, and Unlimited SaGa was very lacking in its ability to keep me playing. (Exploration is boring as fuck.)

Just picked up Puzzles and Dragons and started playing the Mario Edition, up to the end of World 2. My first impressions; The only reason to touch the Mario version is for the levels being translated into Puzzles and Dragons combat style, everything else feels like a watered down version of NSMB ATM - I would have dropped the game and moved onto the actual Puzzles and Dragons by now if it weren't for the battle system, which is a fresh breath of air that a spinoff should be.

I hope the game picks up and adds some actual variety as opposed to just shoehorning the combat system into NSMB (eg. Including actual spinoff characters like Wario and Waluigi or even somehow roping Rosalina in) and not everything being a single, linear path like it has been the entire game so far.

Picked up Splatoon today and played that a bit. It wasn't the only game though, I saw this other game that clearly has a high resemblance to Splatoon so I picked it up thinking it would also be quite a happy fun time:

@The Satellite Surprised that you picked up Dark Souls. I'm betting you won't be able to finish it :P Playing dark souls isn't always in most peoples forte.

I've had a small interest in it for a little while. It's pretty cheap, and most people I know have said or have heard say that the first game's the best or worth starting with, so here I go.

And you shall learn from those seemly unjust deaths. Take your time and you'll get it. And feel something so Satisfying that other games won't be able to feel that void that this game leaves.

It certainly doesn't seem unfair. Just tough. Legitimately so. I'll come back to it later, but right now I wanna ink things.

Dark Souls and Dark Souls 2 are super easy compared to Demon's Souls, I find this is primarily because of Demon's Souls lack of direction. Dark Souls and Dark Souls 2 are fairly well structured (The latter made bonfires mostly pointless though).

Listen to the man.

Anyway, I'm currently taking a break from Dragon Quest V so I can play the first Dragon Quest (which was known as Dragon Warrior at the time of its release, due to trademark conflicts).

I finished Landstalker at last! Great game, the dungeons and the puzzles are really crazy from the half to the end. Feels like a fangame or a Zelda Classic quest at times, lol. The game really believes in their mechanics.

Splatoooon! :D

Been playing a lot of it lately and really enjoying it. Level 7 at the moment. I've really been enjoying the Splatter Shot Jr. though I'm probably going to experiment with a few other weapons. Almost done the single player stuff, though I still need to get a bunch of the scrolls.

I've also been playing Smash 4 a lot, though mostly online. Primarily been practicing my Rosalina skills, though I've been considering taking up a secondary. I considered Shulk, but I'm awful at handling the Manado - I'll press the button one too many times and overshoot the art I want or not press it enough. Stuff like that. Been considering Peach, but I'm not entirely sure yet. :3

And I'm also playing Xenoblade Chronicles finally. I've got 4 -5 hours in, but I've been mostly focusing on sidequests. XD
