The boat is nothing. In fact, I'm sorry I put it there. You're not the first person it's confused.

The flippers are somewhere around there. Try looking around for clues.

What do you do in the first room of the Shadow Temple?

You may notice there are four pots you can slash. If you talked to the soldier ghosts scattered around the forest, you will know which ones not to slash.

Congrats on getting into the temple - that's a challenge in itself!

I just started playing your quest today, and as it's the first quest with the 2.50 build that I played (last time I played was a few months after Lost Isle was first released) and I must say that I love the new features of the build. Although, I did at first hate how you had to use the "R" function to use the shield (kept forgetting it or hitting "B" to use it, where I inconveniently had bombs placed). Would have been easier in my opinion if they made it a B button item. Atleast, that is, until I switched some of the controls around ;)

Anyways, back to the quest, I must say while some of the things where difficult to understand at first (damn finding that sword sucked alot... luckily it only took one death while finding out where it is) this quest is, sofar, quite an amazing quest and I'm very interested in seeing what new items and features are going to be in it from what I'm used to from the previous builds :) All in all I'm really happy that I've found this engaging game to be the first one I play in this build as it is, from what I can see sofar, an incredibly well put together and satisfying game.

Glad you like it! Sorry about the somewhat obtuse sword hunt, but glad you found it on your own.

Anyway, if you like Path of Shadows (and scripting!) be sure to try out Carnage in Space when you're done!

And don't forget to leave a review at the end, too. I really appreciate those.

I'm just happy the sword wasn't in a labyrinth chock filled with enemies, bosses, and inventfully new&exciting ways to die ;)

I'll be sure to give it a check out when I'm done with this game as I'm enjoying it sofar :) I'll definitely write a review of it when I finish!

Holy crap what's with the Darknuts from hell? I can't even kill one of them! Do I need Naru's Love as well as superbombs for them?
Here's what I have sofar (I'm not done exploring the LW yet as I want as much as I can get before venturing into the DW):

Is there anything i should have or do before attempting to fight those guys again? Or do I keep trying to Gung-ho it?

I also bombed that one tree with the dekushrub that you can talk to and finished off the enemies in there (the Chotorocks) and is there anything that needs to be done there except the thing that asks for the silver medallion?

sorry for the double post, but I just found a bug :

I went from here (I'm in the top-right corner :

and it took me to here:
2503rkn.png

As an update I kept on playing and found a bigger Quiver and I got another Magic upgrade... Still cannot find Naru's Love, and apparently there's a third sword that can be gotten in the LW? Can I have a hint on where the Sword is and Naru's Love? : :) (I swear I dove and swam all over the ocean and still it eludes me...)

I'll be crawling through Ganon's Dungeon in the LW as I wait to see what can be found there :)
Sofar I'm really enjoying the game still :D

Edit : Found Naru's Love... though i swear I checked the entrance to there before... ahwell, it's found, that's all that's important :)

How did you even get into that corner? I'll try to get that fixed.

I was just swimming around trying to find secrets and I swam through the rock in the top there. Luckily it let me go back the way I came without getting stuck :)

Just beat the game and the Fusion Temple! Must say it is a very fun game, and I'm already thinking on replaying, but going through the Dark World first :)
Although one thing that is annoying me is that I got everything EXCEPT one heartpiece ... no idea where it could be and it is very vexing :/
I also love the Fusion Temple's reward you get after beating it! Kinda wish there where some bosses I could replay with it just to revel in it's badassery!

Sorry you're missing that one heart piece! Even I don't have them all on my save, LOL.

As for the Fusion Sword, you can at least sample it in THE GAUNTLET, where the owner will accuse you of cheating but will be unable to do anything about it.

Where can I find the second Bronze Magic Medallion? I know its in the DW and I've already found the spot to upgrade it...just can't find it. I'm missing one Full Heart Container...anything else?

Wow, good job! It took me a while to recall, but the DW magic medallion is

Spoiler

Looks like you're missing one scroll as well, so I'd bet you'll find the heart container with it in a dungeon you missed.
