I'm a little stuck in level 1. (Yeah. That early.) I'm missing a key to unlock a treasure chest, and I see a key to the left of the first screen that I can't seem to reach. I imagine I need this key, but I have no idea how to get to it. Also, toward the left section, I noticed a crystal orb that didn't respond to my sword. Do I need the candle to activate this? If so, is there a way to get more magic without having to go back to the beginning, or will I need to go to the guy who gives out the quiver again?
To get more magic, yes you would need to see the quiver guy again, but fortunately you don't need the candle for pretty much anything for a while. It seems that you're missing the Boomerang. If you've got the map, I'd suggest you search for any rooms you haven't been to. There's a bombable wall that you missed. The boomerang will trigger those switches. If you haven't noticed it, north of where you get the map, the trees form an arrow (this is how you get to that key). Don't be ashamed about getting stuck so soon. This is my first quest and in the end will probably end up being my worst.
Here's some tips:
Don't always view everything in a linear manner. Sometimes you're intended to leave a dungeon early to get upgrades in the overworld.
Remember that this quest is semi classic style. Don't avoid pushing a suspicious block just because it isn't marked.
When exploring the overworld, don't ignore small things like burning red bushes or checking under armos.
There are 2 heart container pieces in each overworld "section" (this includes the dungeon)
There are 4 heart container pieces you need the flippers to get (these are not included in the previous statement)
There are 4 heart container pieces gotten with the hookshot
The dark world dungeons can be done in any order and are all optional except for one
There is a portal between dark and light worlds and you do need to find it for the best ending
To get the best ending, you need all 8 triforce pieces
@vraelo: The newest version is the one in the 2.5 database.

Edit: When do you estimate the first part will be uploaded to Youtube? I'm very eager to see it!

EDIT:
It's not done processing, but here's the link to the first video for when it does:

I'm going to be doing updates more based on progress, though I do cut in the middle of the first dungeon because of the fact that I had no idea what to do.

I find the little easter-egg like things actually very amusing, as well as the humour.

-The only fully custom bosses are in levels 7,8,12, and 18. Yes. That is right. 18. There are 21 dungeons in this quest (3 of which have no impact other than giving you items). Don't worry though. The dungeons are for the most part easier after level 9.
-I don't think the continue trick is "cheating", so go ahead and use it all you like.
-Yes, Ghoma being off center WAS a glitch with the Zelda Classic player.
-Level 2 is probably the second worst (by being overly difficult) level in the quest excluding the massive final level...my god. Gibdos. Why did I choose gibdos?
-Thanks for finding those few minor bugs (I didn't realize you could get stuck in L2's HCP room)
-My face at you discovering why there's money at the end of each dungeon:
Edit: Just tried to make a Youtube account. Guess what: it seems every Pokemonmaster name is taken. It also seems that this goes up into the thousands (yes, even 744 was taken)

A) You get no money.
B) You're out for the hookshot
C) The hookshot is for sale at the beginning
D) You get money after beating dungeons
Also, I don't think that's a bug (stuck in HCP room of level 2). I think you can hit the switch with the boomerang, I just had a massive brainfart and forgot about it. But I'm not sure.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to put another video out tonight. Well, I could, but like I said, I want to actually complete a dungeon per video, unless it's really really long. Anyways, I'm a little stuck in level 3. I've got the flippers and 3 keys, but have no idea where to go. I imagine there's some sort of dive warp I'm looking for or a spot I can swim by, but I'm not finding it. I also get the feeling I'm missing something painfully obvious, but that's how I tend to be. XD
Anyways, help on this would be greatly appreciated.
