I can't tell about gold tunic, L4 sword. They are very hidden items. You will get mirror shield much later without secrets.
As for plant pond, go as west as possible and bomb the middle of the wall there.
TheOnlyOne:
The graphical change of the stairs cave ground combo is intentional, this way I see that it changed and the one timed event was successful.
As for the IW L5 hidden room, in case it's really positioned bad, I increased the trigger area of the secret. It must work from the next update.
You also said some time ago that there was an "useless secret" involving super bomb. I don't remember such, if you mean the white boulder in the field/swamp cave, it should have healing properties after superbombed.
That L7 problem is... haphazard. You see, the hiding of the main boss is ruled over by an interfloor one timed event. You need to grab a certain item at much later to have that passage open... I will investigate this case hard.
As for that key... it really is for the sanctuary. The tree said it was for a shop? Stupid tree. Seems like I originally planned a shop there, but then changed to sanctuary. Let's just say... "Tree lies!"
jerome:
You CAN'T go back to Contrast Chapel. Its subdungeon is in Kokiri Downtown. What about you going around the town shooting everything you see?
Elmensajero:
I will look at that missing undercombo. Also, the rupees have CSet 6 as their flash CSet, so your tunic colour reflects on them!
Zenith:
Directly west of starting point, bomb the wall on the other side (so first go as west as you can). Then go south and around the whole place.
barefootguy:
Boomerang or hookshot the wheel next to the door.
Stray Sheep:
L2 is in Hylia Waste. First, you can exit Mt.Dead End in the southwest corner of the caves. There was a blockade that disappeared with the death of Trinexx. Then go to the southest point of the main overworld and through the cave. L2 is at the northeast region of Hylia Waste. You need superbomb.
Lens of Truth was in LW. You can get a replacement in IW though. At the northeast region of the main overworld. You need to bomb a part of the ground.
It's nice that some players help out others, I need to tell fewer things then. I also hope I didn't miss anybody and anything... Reading this many pages is an accoplishment.
EDIT:
I fixed L7 one timed event bug. For some odd reson, removing all enemies (except trigger) from the room helped. I even prepared a new update, then I realized it's not urgent... you can't beat the boss without L3 arrows! So in the worst case, you beat L7 with many extra keys (But you shouldn't do that!!!). This won't cause any plot stop, as I think, maximum just changes the gamplay order in IW L8. And even if you carry over the extra keys from IW L8, this whole procedure won't have any bad effect on the final dungeon, as you will see... Phew...

k I'm stuck in the nightmare maze. What do I do to escape it so I could get some magic for my lens of truth.
I hate to tell you this man, but you are stuck in there until you wake up out of it (beat the area). Once you do that, then you can go find the lightforce. But you won't be able to go back in there (no tlike you'll want to anyways). Instead go look in Kokiriopolis (modern city) for Myra sleeping.
CastChaos- I knew I wouldn't be able to go back in the Chapel level, I was just refering to where it was. Once you mentioned Kokiri Downtown, I remembered that's where I came out of from the Chapel area. Thanks.
How to pass Plant Pond?
You'll have to be much more specific as to where you are having problems Zorlaf. I think CastChaos had told me to head west from the entrance and then down, all the way east, then up, then all the way west again. Look for different trigger spots to open up shortcuts to make it easier in case you happen to die. What you will be looking for is the LARGE WALLET! And then you'll need to go get the Zora mask from the HappyMaskSalesMan. I think it's like 750 or something. Also somewhere near by is the lightforce level as well. I think it's a rock that you have to superbomb. Just look for it. It's a big raft maze if I remember correctly.
EDIT: And it did double post. I thought it would've added on to my last one. Sorry, mods.

Just as jerome explained above. And bomb the westernmost wall.
Teilyr:
Your ocarina isn't finished yet, come back in 7 years. As for superbombs, you can buy them at Goron City. From the continue screen of Mt.Death, run west, go south (maybe you need to burn a minitree...), then make haste towards east til you see an entrance. It's an overexaggeration that the king wants to see you, but you definitely want too see him, for there's a superbomb shop just behind the throne room.

Long story short, I'm looking for level 2 and getting frustrated in the process.

You don't need the Bow in Steaming Systems. It's actually in the next dungeon. You use it in Steaming Systems to get a Heart Piece, but nothing else.
Ooooooooooooh! Whoops. Thanks for the info!
