The ice placement in Robbers' Mansion (NE) is just cruel....'nuff said!!

I think Robbers' Mansion is the hardest in AQF, I don't think last dungeon isn't so hard.

I haven't been able to get the ladder...I killed the crab already and been in the NE..been off the map to the right....haven't saved some of those moves because of giving up life...but I'm somehat familiar with the dungeon.what do I do after I kill the crab? or even before that if it isn't needed to get the ladder...ready to pack it in unless I can get the ladder...thanks for any help out there!!

You can get the ladder without paying any heart, however if you don't know a few special skills, must pay heart to get the ladder...

I think no problem paying one or two heart to beat this quest.

HOW DO I GET TO THE LADDER? (i've seen it and know where it is located, but HOW DO I GET TO IT?)


Someone tried to give directions but the photos aren't showing with the links given and Dorian's map isn't showing up either, so some important info that I could have used is not there any more. Can you give me some directions, please? Thanks if you can help. I read about the skill trick in this forum but I am not sure I follow. Regardless, I just haven't been able to get close. All I do is open up more rooms that kick my ass.

You must beat a mirror wizzrobe at most SE room (see Dorian's map), but you need the mirror shield. If you didn't get it, try B button pyramid.

I have completed all dungeons and have all items except for Robbers and of course Max Level. How do I access this "the most SE room" and is this room on the screen map as there are rooms that don't show up on the map??

Go A stairs (see Dorian's map), down, down, left, left, up, up, left.

As I stated....I cannot access Dorian's map...if I knew where stairs A is located, then I might be in business. The only stairs I found were the obvious one where you kill digdogger's kids and get sent to a room off the map and can't go anywhere. I believe there was another set of stairs up in the NE corner

Thanks for the link to the map!!! I wasn't able to get all his maps from his link, and the ones that I did get, I couldn't scroll horizontally, so I was only seeing half the map. Thanks so much for your time and help. Hopefully, I can bring this behometh to its knees!!

I've got the master key in Level Max..it's only a matter of time...heart count is 21, and "feelin' it"!!

Stray Sheep.... I now have the BOSS KEY and the golden arrow....without your link to the maps, I never would have made it....thank you SOOOOOOOOO much again..almost there..!!
