Ica44, it looks alright for a basic screen. Not too much going on here. If there's supposed to be something important on this screen, like an item after killing the goriya or a secret entrance to something, you might want to add a little more detail.
Rather than having the "sandy" (I know it isn't supposed to be sand here, but it's used for sand on regular overworld screens) ground tiles all bunched up like that in the center of the screen, either do a scatter pattern or place them with purpose. What I mean by "scatter pattern" is basically what you did with the other 2 "sandy" ground tiles, but doing it over the entire ground. "Placing them with purpose" means that if you're going to have a bunch of tiles grouped together, it should be there for a reason; e.g. grouping them all along the shoreline on your screen (instead of one portion of the shoreline), or making a bare spot of ground for where a secret item will appear or where Link should bomb to find an entrance.
I'm thinking it's okay not to have too many trees/bushes if there's not many living things on the mountain, but you don't have to stick them against the wall. You could give them some space away from the mountain wall (unless they're hiding something important by the wall), but spread them out so they don't get clustered together (although a cluster of trees could be used to indicate something's hidden there).
I think the mountain walls look okay. They're not too symmetrical and allow plenty of room on the screen.
OK, here we go.
No, there isn't anything in this screen (there really isn't anything at all in the all mountain. I guess that's it's 'gimmick'.
Also, the detail is clustered there because there is a house at the other side of the lake.
About the trees, I just thought they looked good there. I'm not exactly sure where else to put them.

dont mind the subscreen!
Oh, dear, too much green. Even the other colours are somewhat green-like!
