Okay, so I completed all of Level 1 and Spider's Web. Where do I go now? I am a little stuck.

Sounds like you're ready for level 2, explore the top left corner of the map in the present.

I went there, but I wasn't sure how to open that door with the music notes on them. I don't have the Ocarina.

I think you're confusing this with something else, you don't need the ocarina to enter or beat level 2.

There are other places to push rocks that will take you towards level 2. That music note door will be for later on.

Im am in the sand pit, how do you beat the sandworm boss, tried all my equipment, nothing hits it.

The sword will work, but you have to aim at a specific spot on the worm, as most of the worm is covered in an impregnable chitin armor. One part of the worm is exposed, however... Look at the boss carefully, and see if you can spot it. If, after this, you still can't find it, I'll tell you where. But I won't do so here, I'll PM it... as the whole point of that boss seems to be for it to wait for it's minions to kill you, relying on it's invulnerability in all areas except one to defend itself. Gl, and I hope you continue to enjoy the quest!
