Honestly, I've got nothing to complain about. Can't complain until I actually play the game, because everything else I've seen so far looks fantastic. If they make additions, then all that will matter is how they handle those additions. Make 'em seem like they were meant to be there. Not some half-baked attempts at adding content. That's all I'd ask for.

Actually, I'm fairly certain that, with a full wallet, all rupees make just an item collect sound. I'd have to play it again, though...
And ZS, you're just exaggerating. I don't think I'd give a crap if one new tree was placed somewhere.

Actually, I seem to recall it was a similar sound, but much more dull.
I agree that it looks amazing. As long as they don't change major plot things, I'm totally okay with it. 'Sides, I think most of the fans that whine about every friggin' detail do it because they want to cause conflict, not because they actually care.
Totally off topic, TS, why is your emoticon an IMG link and not a forum emoticon?

Majora's Mask got flak for being similar to Ocarina of Time.
Ocarina of Time 3DS: As much as I tend to scoff at remakes, if there's any Zelda game that deserved it, it's this one.

To be honest, if any game deserves a remake the most, it'd be the first Zelda, even though I love OoT more. I mean, really, the first game ever that started the legacy? Needs to be recognized a little more, especially by this generation. Even if a remake would extremely dumb-ify it...

Edit: As awesome as the original Zelda is, I don't think it's a game that has aged well... it's really obvious that it had to deal with significant technology limitations. That's a lot of what makes it a classic, but a remake of the game would either feel the same and not be worth it (we have Zelda Classic after all) or be so different that it wouldn't really be a remake.
Spiritually I think that Oracle of Seasons would actually be an LoZ remake....

No, seriously, though, I personally would be fine if they did some aesthetic overworld editing, maybe redesign a few parts of it as long as it retains the same feel. But really, like I said, I won't be able to pass judgment on it until the actual game is released and I see it for myself.

3 (?) N64
3 Gamecube (Including the 2-game master Quest bundle)
And 1 Wii (VC)
So 7 OoT ports altogether. Wow.

So no, it's technically only been ported three times: To GCN twice and Wii's VC once. The N64 ones? Not ports.

Your math is wrong. Those weren't ports on the N64, those were just newer versions with some edits, mostly glitch fixing and the heinous Fire Temple music replacement. (That is, the new one is heinous, the old one wins.)
I always thought I had the original music on my N64 cartridge, I guess I had the edited one. I just heard the original for the first time, it's so creepy, I like it
Edit: I think it fits the Shadow Temple much more than the Fire Temple.

Original:
My crappy Photoshop-edit:

My skills with the shop aren't that good, and I didn't exactly spend a lot on time on this... plus, I think I overdid it a little too, but either way, it'd be nice if they tried doing something similar, as it really makes the field seem a lot larger than it is. *shrugs*
Either way, I do think the graphics are looking nice, but... I just can't help but feel that they should have gone a little further, especially seeing as the 3DS is most likely more than powerful enough.
