Could anyone imagine what a Fighting type Eevee would look like !? *Thinks of a walking doglike thing with a bandanna/sash/belt of sorts* Or maybe a Ground type Eevee? An awesome Normal type? Some twisted Rock type!?

A fighting type Eevee would most likely stand on 2 legs. He'll probably look like that Fox Pokemon that was shown in the new 5th Generation.

I guess, but most Pokemon evolve, so why shouldn't legendaries?... I can easily see your view though, it sounds dumb in my mind even.

Legendary Pokemon don't evolve because they are the top of the evolutionary chain in pokemon. They are perfect in a sense.

Phione evolves into Manaphy, which are both technically Legendary.

The player characters always struck me as older than ten, anyways. Especially Red in FR/LG. His appearance looked too mature and hardened to be ten.

The Pokemon art style isn't too specific when it comes to ages. I always thought the protagonists looked in the fourteen range for every game. The females always look a little bit older (sixteenish?) since Game Freak looooves to give them curves. I mean look at the official game art for May. No way are you gonna find those hips on a ten year old.

...Jafreaka? Barcus is pretty gag-inducing, but Jafreaka is terrible. I'm hoping these names are simply bad translation. Probably gonna stick with either Black or White depending on the version anyway.
