Ditto. Did you get all 242 stars?

I don't know if anybody else here's done this, but I did a sixteen star run of Super Mario 64. I would record it, but I'm having trouble getting Camtasia Studio to work.

Wait, how can you beat it with just 16 stars?

First, you have to get any eight stars and beat "Bowser in the Dark World" normally. Then you get seven more to get MIPS (the rabbit) to appear. Then you use him to glitch through the thirty star door. Then you're required to get "Board Bowser's Sub" in order to get access to "Bowser in the Fire Sea". After beating it, you go up to the staircase to the "Tick-Tock Clock" room. You do a B.L.J. (backwards long jumping and rapidly hitting the A button) up the staircase. If you gain enough speed, you end up directly on the other side of the fifty star door. You then B.L.J. up the Endless Stairs to get into "Bowser in the Sky". You then beat the game.

Wow. Interesting. I'm assuming you can't do it in the DS remake.

Nope. But, a pictures worth a thousand and a half words icon_smile.gif, so here's a video of the world record speed run of it.

Edit: A lot of these glitches you can perform using alternate and easier methods, which is what I did.

Yup. I've explored every nook and cranny of that game. Now I just wish they'd hurry up and release the second one.

Same here. One of my favorite games of all time. I sure hope that the second one is just as good.

The first time I beat Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, I was a little disappointed with how easy it was...so I decided to make it a little harder the next time.

A couple days ago I finished a no-equipment run.

I don't know if we want to count Guitar Hero as a game but I can consistently 4 star TTFAF on Expert difficulty. I could probably get the 5 start by now if I played as much as I used to. It still boggles my mind the amount of time some people actually spend playing that game.

I also successfully did NOT beat LTTP. I have been playing that game on the SNES for years. My SNES is so old and bad that if like, the air pressure in the room changes all of the data is erased. I was able to get to the ice dungeon but that's it. I probably hold the record for longest time playing that game and not beating it.
