I haven't played as many quests as I'd like to, but these have always stuck in my mind.

Pure Quest and Nostalrul Plus were also very strong contenders! Mr. Z's stuff in particular was a huge influence on me growing up - Link's Birthday is probably just permanently etched into my brain (and honestly probably belongs in my top 3 too).
