The Sword IS in Level 9, just keep going until you get to a room with Stalfos and stairs. And you don't even need a weapon to do it, anyway... it's just harder, I suppose...

So yeah. I gots sword, letter, whistle, 6 hearts, and a warp point :O Now when can I get a b-rang...

The wooden boomerang is in a cave linking the desert to Port Ruby. However, you can find a magic boomerang in the Bow Dungeon.

Ms_zelda_lady: You need to avoid fighting for a little while so you can make a mad dash for the wooden sword. It's the only way. Do not fight until then.

Thanks for the help Moonwhisper but all I'm doing is dying trying to move blocks in order to get that top door to open. Which block opens the top door?

Urgh...Z1 scrolling is killing me on the inside...and Level 9's doorways weren't layered. You can just set them to "overhead" combos.

Anyways, the quest is open if anyone wants to do anything with it.

As a heads up, Both the raft and the stepladder can be found in overworld caves - You don't absolutely need to buy it. The ladder isn't far from town - somewhere on the beach. The raft however is up on the mountain.

So let's see... 13 hearts, White Sword, Magical Boomerang, Blue Candle, Blue Ring, Bow and Arrow, Whistle, Book, Raft, Ladder... yeah that sounds about right. Enjoying the exploration (and the music choices)

I been playing this quest and some how this one is easier than some quest
made before by you --
Also I can see some room with the same technique or color use
on the quest link Technicolor
So far I notice when link entering from one room to another one
Its goes by the topside It don't go trough the door , just go by the top wall!!
