In Link's House, are you meant to have to 'jump' over that block to complete the block puzzle? When you push the block down onto the switch at the bottom, if you walk left quickly enough, you're standing on top of the barrier that appears by the door, and you can just walk off the combo and you don't have to beat much block puzzle:

By the way, to get the boomerang you have to beat Link's House - which you only need that key from under the Armos to do Crackers.

That's what I tried to do before. Problem is when I push the block the black block in the upper right goes down to the space where Link is standing. How do I get rid of that block? Will try it again for about the 5th time. I must really be missing something here.

I tried this and I was standing of top of the barrier but was unable to go forward to cross the barrier. It was as if I was standing on the back of the block. I did this several times and just gave up. I will keep trying but I have never had this problem before. It should work. If anyone has any ideas, please let us know.

This quest sucks!! I have been playing quests for several years and have never had this much trouble getting through any of them (even the hardest).

Well, I was successful in skirting past the block, but am not sure what to do in the room left of the room with the arrow pointing left. I went there, moved some blocks... nothing happened. I went back in, moved the blocks in a different manner... still nothing happened. I went back in, moved the blocks to trap the spikes... still nothing happened. Am I missing something?

Oh... I see you've updated it... well, lemme see if the updated file contains anything.

Remember that door west of the place where you got the key? Go in there and climb out and traverse that and stuff. Then when you get to the screen with the locked door and the stone pillar, slash the pillar with your sword.

Crackers, just have your finger on the left button when you push down, the second you see it move just mash down the button.

I tried that and the same thing happened to me that happen in the next post # 18. Will try it again but I also am ready to give up. Seem like a few of us are having the same problem. Lv1 should be a little easier I think.

I give up. I've tried doing it the way you say and I'm just not fast enough to get past this block thing. This might have been a fun quest but not for me, not when I can't even get through the first part of the quest. Sorry

the raft is back in Sandover Village. Do you remember that three stair warp room? head east from there and push the stone either up or down. To get into the Moblin Woods hut, bomb the door.

i've been in the moblin hut and he gives directions for the lost woods but when i follow them it doesn't work. i stay in the lost woods.
and i still don't have the raft.

Do I remember that door west of where I got that key? Yes, it's a "Pay me for the door repair charge" room in it. Nothing to move in there. And the only other door west of where I got "that key" was some kid explaining about shiny things in fortresses.

You seem to suggest the answer lies back in the overworld so I'll explore that further.

It seems that since so many people have had this same problem with this, that the designer would fix the problem. Who agrees with me????

After you beat level 4 it tlls you to go back to Haven and the archives, it is the place with a big statue you walk through. Is this the library? Nothing happens there. Where do I go? Nevermind I found it, when you get the lens, I have only 1 magic container, did I miss some?

I beat lvl 6, Zelda appeared, Link spoke a sentence, game locked, reset game, still locked up, guess this is the end....... Completely restarting game did not help........ Is this a bug that will be fixed, or what? Can someone post a save-game after lvl 6 that did not have this program?
