I 100%'d and got the Platinum trophy in Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor. Overall, the game is pretty solid. A bit too short in my opinion. If you are a fan of Batman Arkham City mixed in a Lord of of the Rings world, then this is the game for you. Once you have the ability to brand, it becomes very satisfying to have a Warchief's bodyguards betray their captain. lol The final boss on the other hand was not boss fight at all. It was ALL quick time events which I found to be disappointing. If there was one big negative point about this game, it would be its repetition. It felt like the same old thing from start to finish.

I just started Dynasty Warriors 8 Xtreme Legends for the PS4. Coming from someone who recently played Hyrule Warriors, this game definitely feels way more complex. HW was my first Warriors game. Hey Nexas the Warriors guru, got any tips? :)

I haven't played Xtreme Legends specifically, but I do know that DW8 is basically the SSBM of Warriors games: Incredibly fast. Want to travel across the map really fast? Take a character who can double jump, give them Flying Swords, and just spam X and Triangle over and over, and they'll go faster than a horse. :3 Though, they do need to have 4 stars in the weapon for it to work.

I finished R-Type with a single life. It wasn't really hard really, but I feel proud.

Jubbz and Moosh motivated me to get back into Xenoblade Chronicles. I'm 50 hours in, and currently exploring the fallen Mechonis capital. My party is at Level 67 now. Am I close to the end yet? :P

I beat Sly Cooper 1 on the PSVITA and got the Platinum trophy. It's an okay but dated kind of game. It's on to Sly 2. Let operation backlog challenge begin!

Tell me if you ever get past the 3rd game. I got stuck on the boats section of it (You'll know it when you come across it). The 2nd game is a little easier then the 1st game but it's just as good. 3rd game is just more of the 2nd game which is only a good thing. I love the cell shaded graphics, it allowed them to have some pretty nice visuals for a PS2 game (Though you're playing the Vita ports).

Actually, I'm playing Sly 2 on PS3. I have both versions. If I ever choose to play Sly 1 again on PS3, I can probably beat that game in just 2-3 days because of how short the game is. Hmm, that's pretty interesting about what you said about Sly 3. I'll see for myself once I get there.
