I know that feel, man. I really like those shots, especially the lens flare effect you have going, but I feel like the energy tank sticks out too much against the monochrome everything else.

Moosh: I love the factory theme shots, very nice. Reminds me of ToTheTop for some reason.

Moosh: I like those screens, but, in the first screen, I'm not exactly sure what's going on. Is the tablet an item? Is it supposed to pass under those bricks? It's a bit confusing like that.

Shane: Beatifully crafted screen! I like the colours.

Marco: Incredible screens! The mood is set perfectly and the design is well done.

Well, it's a good start Jared. However, it's too... generic. The cavern tiles should be more jagged, stalagmite realistic. The same applies to the brick ruins. I feel they may work blue, though, if they were used in the grey part of my cset it would appear much much better. The vegetation is decent, but it could use some more blending and transition. The background sky is beautiful. Keep in mind though if the bottom of the screen is to go underground in general the horizon of stars shouldnt descend.

Hold up, since when have you released that awesome metroid tileset? I thought it was PRIVATE CONTENT DO NOT USE...

I have long released it, but in a thread no one wanted to give any real replies to. I will give a new thread including many releases for the public.

Very nice! Personally I'm not all that fond with the treetop and bushes, but other then that I'm looking forward to seeing more!

I like the overworld, but something feels kinda off about the dungeon. I think it's the raised floor thing...

It's very, very nice. I've always admired and envied your aesthetic sense. Those Pure Tileset bushes kind of stick out as somewhat cartoony-looking, though. icon_frown.gif Everything else is beautiful.

Both those screens are just tests to see if the tiles work well together or not, not actual quest screens. The Pure bushes are just placeholders till I find something more detailed.

I don't think I commented on that. I looks good. I like the pallets and the way the leaves stand out on the first shot.
