Ok..in Level 8..you got me perplexed....on floor 2F I can get across the room avoiding the red tiles that warp you back but then in the next room I can 't trigger the brick wall to disappear - figure you prob. come in from the north. But then on 3F , the puzzle where the blocks move, I thought to put them in an arrangement that matches those in a previous room (they already do match a previous room, and you could make the case for another room by the way the floor is tiled) OR try to "pave" the rectangular area by moving the blocks to make it all "shaded". I am not having much success and it is getting a little beyond frustrating, not even knowing what the objective is - and then it is to prob. just open the south doorway. I can see keys on floor 4F but cannot get to them - need Din's. Soooo, throw me a bone, please! icon_wacky.gif

Level 8 can be kinda tricky! Part of Level 8's theme is that there are hints on earlier floors that help you in later floors. So if you find a room that has no apparent meaning, it probably means something later. On 2F, I assume you're talking about this room after the block maze:

IPB Image

This first objective of the level is to lower these tiles. You'll lower the tiles by reaching the top.

As for that block maze, here's the solution:

On 1F of the dungeon, you came to a room that looked like this:
IPB Image

3F, has an exact copy of this room, but without the tile markers. The goal is to push blocks to cover the 4 squares you see on 1F.

IPB Image

Here's another picture of that 3F room where I did my best to label everything you'll need to move.
The four red dots just correspond to the triggers. The blocks circled in red are the ones that you'll be able to to push to the triggers, and the blocks circled in black can't be pushed onto the trigger, but must be moved to solve the puzzle. Good luck!

If you don't have all 3 keys and don't know where to get them, I can PM you the locations.
No, I'm pretty sure you need 4 keys, I had 3 keys but am still a key short.

My bad, it is four keys. icon_frown.gif

There's 5 possible key locations. (Because one key was needed to get the mirror shield)

1) On 1F, from start go up one, right one, up one. Use the mirror shield to reflect beams to kill Stalfos.
2) Fall down to B1F and do that block maze again. Enter the warp and use it to get to 1F again (part you had to get to for first dungeon key). Look for a room with several prisms and 4 eye statues. Use the prisms to hit the bottom right statue with the wand magic.
3) On 1F on the path you'd take to get to B3F. Use the wand on the one statue that isn't looking at another statue.
4) On the rightside of B2F, use reflect wizrobe's magic to get the key.
5) On B3F, mirror shield side, look for a walk through wall. The room with the walk through wall has 4 eye statues in it. If you defeat all enemies the eyes spin and stare at the walkthrough wall.

This one I forgot about.
All the bouncing back and forth made me confused and it had been days, literally, since I saw that chest that I simply
forgot about it.

On my way to the 2nd Trial and then to search for old Glyco village.

Thanks for the help...

Ahh, JPappi welcome, the creator of Time After ;-)

Do you found out a new quest to play like this, do you got boring ;-) ? Yeah, Flow Of Time is very good. In your quest I'm just in Lvl 4.

Sry MaximusFred, the creator of Time After is Mudvayne, not me. I did only a litte bit scripting and the bad translation icon_lol.gif

I like Flow of Time, because that's a good combination between big challenge, backtracking and not to hard to fight.
Searching the maze path solutions in the levels is pretty awesome.

sry, little bit off topic

There are two potion shops.

You can either buy them near the Tower of Time in that lone house, or you can buy them in By'rov (but they are more expensive).

The Fire Boomerang is in the quest, but its in Level 9.

This should do the trick for you!

Level9 Block Maze:
Spoiler

Kudos to being in level 9 already, you went pretty fast! Did you happen to find Nayru's Love? If not, I'm going to say you probably need it in the final fight, but... maybe not! icon_razz.gif

Congratulations for beating it! Glad you enjoyed it. icon_smile.gif

There's no gold ring or 4th sword in the quest.

Started playing. This game brings me nostalgia for the GBC games. That's a good sign since I really liked those games' design...
