they didnt lie. december 7 is the release date, but its also the day they ship. all games are in store the day after their -release- date, as it takes a full day to ship from the warehouse to the store

I just played through the first hour of this game, and all I can say is

HOLY S***!!!

This game's amazing! It's a hell lot better than Phantom Hourglass! Finally, some originality on the soundtrack! But as TS said, I hope nobody brings up spoilers. I'm up for some surprises on this game.

Not for me. Nintendo's main North American shipping plant is about five minutes walking distance away from my house. icon_razz.gif

TS: Sorry, I didn't realize that was a spoiler, since it's the very first part of the game. I'll make sure to mark any spoiler in white typing next time. Speaking of which: (SPOILER!) Linebeck is in the game!!!

I know I said it was great before and stuff, but it gets REALLY repetitive after awhile...

Yeah, well honestly, they should decide on an actual shipping date vs. release date. >_>

Well, I just completed the 1st Dungeon. Better than the first dungeon in PH. It was fun overall, but the problem with it that it was short. I beat the dungeon in about 10-15 min.

The third dungeon is my favorite so far, but the train traveling will get SO annoying after a while. The train is so slow!!!

I actually like train traveling more than boat. But that's my personal opinion.

I thought boat travel was slower.

Just wait for the pesky side quests to come in. You'll constantly need to go from one side of the world to the other. And the train is SO slow. You'll see what I mean soon enough though.

(Somewhat of a spoiler) That's what the warp gates are for.

Anyways, I've beaten the second level, and am in route to the third. I love how it's not the go from one dungeon to the next type game. I also love how (SPOILER!) Even in death, Linebeck still manages to annoy you. Dang I love that guy. Definitely one of the series's better characters.

You know, there's one element in the game that IMO is a win for Nintendo. It makes the depth of the game even better.

its interesting that the train will move faster in high intensity situations, for example:

--------------------------BIG SPOILER--------------------------------------------------

When you go into the realm of darkness at the end of the game and have to destroy all of the demon trains, your moving so fast you almost fly off the rails on turns.

Eh, I know you can't read Norwegian... but I guess you could run it through some translator or something... either way, here's my review of the game:
http://www.gamereact... Spirit Tracks/

At least you can see the rating, which is a perfect 10/10. Along with that, I also awarded it with the "We <3 You" button, something that only happens when the game is truly perfect. I guess it wouldn't be that big of a deal to just rewrite it in English myself, but you know, this is my job, and I'm not working right now... it's like making cardboard-boxes at home if you work at a cardboard-box-making company... icon_razz.gif

So you've already beaten it? =) I know how much you love it, you told my multiple times. And you know how much I envy you now xD
