Thanks, Animus01, that did it. I had been thinking that the vertical tiles were half the width of the horizontal.

I'm stuck in a wall in the room in Ganon's Tower where I got Din's Fire. Saved and restarted and am still stuck. Am I toast now as far as this game is concerned?

Aww dang. Not another one! I don't know what to say. I keep hearing about so many Continue Bugs, it's not even funny. I didn't expect the player to end up restarting at the Din's Fire room, but at the dungeon entrance instead, due to the DMap I used. Man, Next time, I'll place more Link spawn points and hire more beta testers.

Blackdrake1: No, you don't need the update to be able to beat Level 8. The update only fixed the second elevator that goes up.

dlbrooks34: After you get the sword, head further west from Hyrule Castle. Eventually, you'll come across a warp to the Dark World concealed under a bush. Walk into the warp and go even further west, until you find a warp back to Hyrule. Back in Hyrule, go north, and you will find the Western Temple.

how do you solve the first puzzle in level 6, where you move a bunch of blocks that only moive one space

2. Move this block up.

From there, you should be able to move the cube (0) from its current position to the center space of the three eye statues, marked with an X.

UPDATE: For those who have gotten stuck from saving at Din's Fire, I have fixed that. I have also fixed soem other potential bugs, but I don't guarantee that all of them are gone. Hopefully, someone can bump this topic so they can read this.

I just can't remember all those floors in Level 8 third puzzle to reach the item.

EDIT: Never mind I figured it out.

EDIT 2: Uh oh if what you said about completing level 8 is true I'm in really big trouble! I'll never get to the mini dungeon becuase I couldn't get past the part with that Goriya speaking. Put a warp tile right next to where the Triforce piece was just in case anyone else has this problem.

Hoo boy... I did say to move around after he finishes speaking, because I have gone through the game without cheats and have done just fine with that part. I'll see if I can get the cutscenes set up better in the future.

What should I do then? I have all the Triforce Pieces and opened up every Dungeon other than Master Temple how do I get in? Do I have to try the whole thing over again?

I'm guessing the skipping of Level 8's ending may not be a quest stopper, because the items involve the Silver Arrow and the Book. This means, though, that you cannot complete the Temple of Courage or Ganon's Tower.

Oh well I started again. Got the sword, the heart piece in the east wing of Hyrule Castle, the one next to the castle and the one in the Graveyard, and the First Heart Container and Power Bracelet L-1. I think this will be easier if I remember to get slash after accessing the three warp tile room after getting the Magic B-Rang.

The level 1 cheat is not for items. There's a bridge that I'm supposed to be able to cross in the room with the bat wizzrobes, fire wizzrobes and the splitting darknuts but I can't cross it. I beat all the enemies too.
