i finished this quest a few days ago and i don't remember exactly when i got the 1/2 magic, but i know i was exploring caves after i got the mirror shield.

the magic key is in the dark cave. if you use nayru's magic and potion you can beat the bosses, however i would think you have to find the 1/2 magic first.

as far as the boots go i don't think it's possible to get them without the magic key - but i could be wrong. i spent so much time trying to get in to the room in the north east corner of level 9 and just gave up and went on to find the magic key. so if a key is in that room i think you might be able to keep going. i was checking back in the forum to see if anyone had a solution (it's bugging me so much)

Well, usually, I have no problem on here, using IE, except it is very slow. This only occurs when someone has a very large signature, and it takes awhile to load because I have Dial up. Actually, most of the people who have posted on this thread are more considerate, so it hasn't taken that long.

The problem I am having is that there are no Links, Icons, or whatever, to reply. I just put the cursor where I think they are and click.

As to Firefox, I have had it twice. Both times it crashed my computer. I will stick with IE.

sctmorgan, thanks, I got in the cave. I gave up on the Quest though. I don't care much for quest where you have to try every single move in a screen. Too boring. Then, the endless trips, each time you die are even more boring.

I kept picking up magic containers and NOTHING happened. Finally I found another and picked it up and all of a sudden had almost a whole line of magic??? I also got frozen in place several times.

I guess I will wait until Shoelace comes out with another one. To those of you who climbed all over Cast Chaos, for saying this Quest didn't equal HoD, I agree with him/her. Gedunia was fun at times, but at no time did it equal the challenge of HoD. I am now playing HoD for the 3rd time, and think some of you should play it again and refresh your memories.

I don't know what to do, can't even find the map-- i bombed everywhere i could think of, and also found the secret passage, but no key== help!

Inthe tower in the top right i get to a room with three gohmas, but i can only kill 1, do i need the golden arrow? If so where do i find it?

I had asked once before--what are you supposed to do to defeat the boss in level 8? I tried Din's Fire and Nayru's Love, but there has to be something else I need to do. Appreciate any help.

Help!!-I've got the wand, and the lens- but can't use any magic!
I bombed the cave in the beach, got to the second room, but all i got was a HC peice?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Level 5 Sapphire mine problem!

I rushed in, made my way very north, then a little curve to east, then a tie to west, then a curve from south to the core and... nothing!!!
I bombed walls, swimmed through a waterfall, but I haven't found ANYTHING! No key, no map, no compass and most definitely no hammer...
No bones, no brew, I'm broken! *sob*


Anyways...
I realized that the dungeons are far better here than in HoD but the overall subjective feeling is still lower.

Hey mudvayne: great quest you got there. I hope my comments on the quest didn't sound like I hated it: I did give it four stars... I just wanted to let you know that this quest is insane! I voted four stars not because it was in German, but because something didn't seem to click with me. It is a great looking quest, and the music was quite entertaining. It is very well made, but just didn't click with me. I'll give it a second chance, though. Great job on your first quest.

The Satellite, I think it is cool you have the courage to give a quest 4 stars after all those 5 star votes. I think 5 stars are given out too easy! Though I think power of geduina deserves 5 stars even though it is not perfect. But it's cool you keep your own opinion and let it show. I'm sure mudvayne isn't angry. 4 stars is still a very good ranting.

On your way to level 5 you find an armor in the woods where is a bridge, too. Under this armos is the minidungeon with a lot of puzzles that holds the key. Hard to miss, and you only need the power bracelet which you already have. Beware of bats.
