When you come out from the picture you posted you will be here. Push that rock down it goes under the ledge so then you can cross there (I've all ready pushed the one in the picture here) then you go around and use the raft to get to where Link is standing. Then just walk across the rock to the screen on the right kill enemies get key.

I beat last boss and saw 1st ending but don't know what I'm supposed to do now.

Is there some changes after ending?

There are no changes, only you can try again for the best (2nd) ending!

When I save my file in this quest, I appear really far and I have to do a lot of backtracking every time. I want to give the quest a fair shot, but is a bit bothering... Is that normal? The game said that I should start in the last place.

The continue point, I believe, is the last dungeon/house/settlement that you were in. Basically, civilization is a save point. It gets easier to get around later in the quest though, especially if you complete the gypsie sidequest.

It works in some places, other times I go to a new town, I save, and I appear in the previous town again... I'm never sure when I'm ready to save safe.

I found a bug in Egbert's keep.   In the screen where you use the wand to activate a set of steps to go up a screen; when I go up to the next screen, it won't let explore.  I can only go back down to the previous screen.  I believe this path will take you to the heart container at the top-left corner of the keep.

If I remember right you get to it from the above floor.

This doesn't really help me. I can't fall from above to the basement floor. And I only got the Wand and not the second dungeon item.

Sorry that didn't help! You need to find the crystal boomerang (it's in this level) first to open the path to get that key. After getting the boomerang then look for a big big pot with a shadow on it, you hit it with the crystal boomerang to open stairs.

You've posted it after I got the Magic Glass. Anyway, that means I'm going to walk in circles forever unless someone gives me a guide for all keys in Level 7.
