I started a light circle script that allows for transparent darkness.

Hey, that's lookin' pretty tight! Nice job on that! Are the circles static, or do they grow and shrink a little bit when the light source is something pulsating like fire?

Yep, they grow and shrink a bit. (There is still a lot to work on though.)

You know you're lazy when your demo needs literally 6 more screens to be drawn before it's complete and you can't get yourself to make any of them.

This is why visuals and unique environments can be just as fun as gameplay can! Your caves look really sweet.

Wow. That is some really nice usage of the BS tileset, man! You've got a really unique look going on here that just can't be replicated with LttP or GBC walls. I also love your complimentary color scheme...red and green. Nice choice.

More work on the underworld..
Holy wow, this map is good. Nice to see somebody else utilizing BS well. This is probably going to motivate me to continue Odyssey of Fortune later. Good job.

Link's Quest for Canada has become more or less a running joke now. I touch the quest maybe once or twice every few months and I've been "working" on the same area for years now. So here's an animated gif demonstrating how this must make people feel:

(I worked a little bit on LQfC today.)
