He said that they shouldn't be changed, in what universe is that agreeing with him?

The only problems I have are in Gen I where some Pokémon share cries: Charizard and Rhyhorn, Caterpie and Goldeen for example.

As for them saying their names, just stop and think. They have different Japanese names, but the same sound effects, so that can't be the case. It just sounds like they are because we look for the connection, and our brain invents it.

No I think they should use the cries from the show. Imagine hearing "Pi-pikachu" when they attack and stuff.

That's one of the reasons I hate the show.

I agree. Ever played Pokemon Yellow. The only bad thing about it was Pikachu's sound effects. Pika! It gets so annoying...

I agree. The anime voices would be freaking annoying.

Gamefreak are pushing these games in content. They have to make 20,000 moving and animation sprites for all 493+ pokemons. That seriously takes hard work for the spriters.

I'm thinking they will use the biggest DS cart yet which is 512 Megabytes.

I'm wondering if we'll be able to travel to a previous region, get it's badge set, and then battle a high-leveled Main Trainer (Such as going to Hoenn and battling Brendan, May, Wally, or Emerald (Manga), Johto and battling Ethan, Lyra, or Silver, Kanto and battling Red, Blue, Green, or Yellow (Manga), or Sinnoh and battling Lucas, Dawn, or Barry) !

If there is another region, I'm guessing it will be Hoenn, since it's the only region that hasn't be made in 3D. If that's the case, then we'd probably end up battling Brendan, although I wouldn't mind fighting Wally. Maybe Wally would end up being the Hoenn champion...

Then again, if they end up remaking R/S/E, they'd probably go Sinnoh as a second region. Assuming they have a second region.

No, I doubt it. May had much more significance than Brendan did. Even if the games don't have much to do with the anime, I highly doubt they'd use Brendan instead of May. This is, assuming that Hoenn is used and a trainer from R/S/E is able to battled. Of course, Wally would be a possibility as well.

None of the regions will be available in B/W. Like i said, they are pushing the DS game cart to 512MB (Maximum it can hold ). Hoenn in the style of B/W wouldn't fit.

R/S/E remakes will probably be made for the 3DS since Nintendo would want to show off it's capabilities with a Pokemon game and sell 20+ million copies like it did with the DS and P/D/PT.

I agree with this. Though the third and fourth gen cries sound good. It's mainly most of the first gen and a good bit of the second gen cries that need redoing. Although I really like a couple of the second gen ones, like Quilava's. it sounds way higher quality than most of the others.

All of the cries sound terrible. They're god awful. Some mechanical... thing... is happening.

That said, I still find them so hilariously bad that I would be slightly crushed if they tried to improve them.

I think those two fit. Regigigas is supposed to sound mechanical, and Gastrodon's is pretty awesome, I think. Sounds big and slimy, like a giant snail, which is kind of what Gastrodon is.

I know I was skeptical at first, but now that I've seen some of the dramatic changes to the Game Mechanics, I'm looking forward to pre-ordering, then purchasing Black. I just hope Isshu's new Pokémon are at least decent...

As for Evolution Predictions.... I'd say

* Pachirisu will get an evolved form
* Carnivine might get an evolved form
* Possible Pre-Evolution of Heracross
* Maybe a new Eevee evoution. What's left Steeleon? Leecheon?
* Mawile might get an evolved form
* Pincer might get an evolved form
