the key to level 6... mmmh it should be in the mountains too... i don't remember
the shop? ... there is an area just north from lv 1 with a way that lead to the shop if you continue north

the gc is in the desert of course...
go to the king room and it's left from here.

Help I'm stuck in level 9 also. Can anyone offer a solution to the puzzle on the right side of the map?

well i never got into that room in the top right corner of level 9, but i went and got the magic key and then the boots and finished off the quest. i never found the gold arrow either and i needed it in the dark palace for another room.

i wish i could go back after defeating ganon.

How do you defeat the boss in level 8? I saw a light on one of the cones after the flames were put out, but can't figure out what to do to get the other cones to light up.

lol ... that whit the dark palace... yeah.... i have to make it for the boots. when you catch the boots, than you can walk back from the geduinas tower, and walk to the dark palace... ehm its a bug. this bomb tricky i dont know befor. lol. tha dark palace is a secret dungeon. In my next quest, i make an anti-bomb tricky. hehe. that is for me how a cheat:

In what level are the boots and 1/2 magic? Also, I can't figure out the puzzle for level 9. I'm assuming that's where the boots are.

What is going on with this Forum? I clicked on empty space and got this window. Hope it will go to the thread.

I have the lens but have been unable to find magic, which I assume I need to make the lens work. I'm in level 6 but do not have the wand either and can't get any further without the lens.

Also, down on the beach from start, and way to the left, there is a cave, but i can't get past the first room because the statues or whatever they are won't move.

edit. Mudvane and sctmorgan, please disregard my pms. I finally figured out how to post. Actually, the 'edit', 'quote', 'fast reply', etc., are now visible.

Beckyj4, I can help you on the beach. YOu will need to bomb the left-top area over the middle statue.

Something is wrong with this Forum. again, there are no 'reply' icons. I just hit a space and see what comes up.

Well, I tried it. Nothing happened. Maybe we are talking about different caves. This one has 6 spaces to put something on and 8 statues. In fact, I tried bombing on all of the statues and above and beside them. Nothing. (I have lots of bombs. 44)

I guess I will quit. Too much time being spent going over the same areas.

Becky4, it's the same cave. You have a total of 8 statues. 2 at the top, 2 in the middle, and 4 on the bottom. The 2 statues in the middle, one left and one right of the dark path. Bomb the statue in the middle on your right. Stand in the middle of the dark path and face the right statue drop a bomb. Remeber to bomb the top most left-side of the statue. You have to be in the right location. I'll try to send you an image.

I'm about to give up on finding the boots, 1/2 magice increase and magic key. I can't do anything in the dark palace because I don't have neither. Can someone help please?

i finished this quest a few days ago and i don't remember exactly when i got the 1/2 magic, but i know i was exploring caves after i got the mirror shield.

the magic key is in the dark cave. if you use nayru's magic and potion you can beat the bosses, however i would think you have to find the 1/2 magic first.

as far as the boots go i don't think it's possible to get them without the magic key - but i could be wrong. i spent so much time trying to get in to the room in the north east corner of level 9 and just gave up and went on to find the magic key. so if a key is in that room i think you might be able to keep going. i was checking back in the forum to see if anyone had a solution (it's bugging me so much)
