i beat Metroid Prime in 08:35 with 100% items and 100% scans without dying a single time.

On Prinny: CIRBTH, I beat Martial Tower for the first time. Took me nearly 200 deaths and over an hour of trying to beat the stupid level, but I did it.

Now to do it again and get an S rank (while trying to beat the second boss. )

I also just beat Bunny Must Die under 2 hours with roughly 42 deaths with about 50% of all items. (Every time you quit, it's counted as a 'death'.) Now to try to beat it in under one hour. XD

I beat Scatterbrained and 21st Century Schizoid Man on Expert Guitar in GH5. Acutally, I've beaten most of the 85 songs on expert guitar and a few on bass.
Bejeweled Blitz: Solo score of 233,700. Team score of 754, 250.

Oh yea, Also, I maxed out my Pokemon Blue clock a few years back. 250 hours.

Two rather recent ones:
Managed to beat the Great Mummy/Mummy Man in PoR - without taking any damage.

Managed to do some rather epic sequence breaking in DoS (for instance, going in through the back entrance of the Clock Tower and messing up the cutscene that plays out at the normal entrance, among other things).

Not really execeptional thing, but I just beated Walter in Castlevania Lament of Innocence without taking any damage. So easy. I also finished Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance with the best ending without taking any damage from Dracula. Finally, got the Grappling Beam in Super Metroid before even going to Kraid.

On Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days I beat the Zip Slasher on my second try. He wasn't that tough. Marluxia helped a little bit. I actually remembered to block more on the 2nd attempt.

Beat Touhou 2: The Story of Eastern Wonderland on Normal without using cotinues... Now how the heck do I get extra mode. Didn't realize Marissa had red hair back then... XD

I didn't know if it's really a achievement, but I got to the second boss in Touhou Highly Responsive to Prayers on Lunatic Mode. I think it's the hardest mode.

Got all unlockables in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. For those who know, that is quite a feat since getting all unlockables require you to beat the game on Hypermode. And we all know how insanely hard the final boss fights (namely Dark Samus) are in hypermode. Its near impossible and a feat in itself in beating them.
It just sucks so hard I can't transfer my save over to the trilogy and I have to beat those bosses again in Hypermode just to get everything unlocked. Sucks so hard.

Finally got S-ranks on all 64 maps in Campaign Mode of Advance Wars: Days of Ruin.

I did get a little help on a few maps -- mainly the Fog of War ones, because I hate Fog of War, particularly against the computer -- but almost all of them I figured out on my own.
