Another dungeon down, another step towards project completion. Made a few changes after testing the dungeon though, mostly to get rid of some of the trap puzzles or make them a bit easier. I do have one Armos section, but I don't think it would be bad enough to warrant the "Armos Maze Police". Actually, it's not a maze. Rather, it's just a cluster of Armos where if you use the off-colored tiles and touch the Armos where those four tiles intersect, it reveals an item cellar. The minimum number of Armos you'd have to deal with would be two, and to reduce the frustration level a bit more, they have been nerfed down to dealing just 1/2 heart worth of damage without any rings. This is where I found a problem with Koten; right-facing Red/Blue Darknuts appeared swordless to me, so I just went into the editor and copied the left-facing sprites and flipped them with the "H" key. Other than that, dungeon testing was flawless. Good thing I cut Manhandla's contact damage in half; got a bit hairy
. But in the end of the Armoury (or Armory if you prefer US English), the day is saved and Link now walks out of there with the White Sword.
Also, I decided to give the Armoury a slight story: [WARNING: Candidate for Most Convoluted Attempt at a Storyline of the Year]
In light of some recent feedback about my maps, I did decide to make an attempt at getting some elevation going so it doesn't look AS boring. Also, I ended up removing all but one of the walkthrough walls in level 2. Now you only have to do it for the dungeon item (which the map would make obvious where to try). I'm not the best at the former, so I'll probably need a lot of help with that, but for now, I just want to get the groundwork done first. I can revamp and beautify later. Still a lot more attractive than the original.

Wow, looks really good! Keep it up until the completion of the map!
As for me, I made a few screens in Level 1 of my quest. ![]()

'i am still working on the underwater realms .. to my game stills.
Drawing my very own submarines.
There shall be many in other colors and shapes, not just the 'small one' you see here.
The silver pipes are for fueling from docking stations underwater.
(Yes link gets to drive a sub in this one.) -i have planned.
I don't think i will just jump into firebird yets, unless i need to borrow its parts too my Tilesets.
Anyways, // i want to keep everything 8-bit looking still.
Wants this to be as good as making the graphics as compared to Shovel Knight's type of graphics.

Completed one half of the intro to my new GBC-style quest. This half features meeting the antagonist and one of the main protagonists and a couple FFC style action screens.
I also completed the title screen for this project. Here it is:

Yep, that's right, Amy Rose 3 has now began being made. After 1 and 2, I plan to make this a massive improvement and hopefully it will surpass all 17 quests I have made during my time here. This is also my second attempt at a title screen, and I think it went pretty well.

Looks really neat, Eddy! As I've told you, I'm really looking forward to this project! I'm sure this will be able to surpass all your other quests. ![]()

Finished the overworld! I will probably touch up a few things as I add in enemies and place items/dungeon entrances.
In other news, I got a job interview! Also, my baby is adorable! Life is good and I'm very thankful ![]()

Very nice Eddy! Though I hope you change the title to blue, like I suggested this morning...
Anyways! I am redoing my Firebird project from ground up. I got a new storyline and plan for it. What will the story be about I won't reveal just yet.
However, enjoy your first teaser. An area called Tarm Ruins... ![]()

'Wait she gets 3 games ??' What about the other Sonic charaters?? !O_O!
Well, my favourite Sonic character is Amy, so like, why not lol
Some of other characters will play roles in this quest so that they aren't left out.
Very nice Eddy! Though I hope you change the title to blue, like I suggested this morning...
Yes, I will get to that quite soon actually. Thanks for the suggestion too.
Either way, very nice screen Shane, that gives me nostalgia of the great and glorious Tarm Ruins from the original OoS. Good job.
Edit:
Updated the title screen for AR3.

The text is now blue as it represents Oracle of Ages (as it's title was also blue). I also included "Hold Down" as an indication that you have to hold down, though if you want to listen to the title screen music all day, don't press anything lol. Either way, this is the only screen to do that, everything else is time warped.
