I finally finished the opening area for SFRIT... Well, mostly, I'm sure it could use a little more fine-tuning. The walls aren't perfect, but for the life of me, I can't seem to fix them.

Assuming I'm understanding the problem correctly, have you checked the items to make sure their positions are properly set up? Simply having an item on the subscreen isn't enough to make it selectable, you need to set its position attributes, so that you can choose the item.

No storage room? No washrooms? Let's just hope your pizzas digest well. :P

I fixed some balancing issues with the enemies in my quest and released a Demo 1.1 of my quest, with the upgraded overworld... which I'm still going to continue upgrading as I go along, but it should be alot better now for people playing ;)

@Twilight, I might mix up some tree colors in some final stage, but for now I'm chugging away to get a complete map. So far, I've put in places for dungeon locations, but nothing is planned except how you might walk around the map.

Hmmm, yeah, I seem to have forgotten those things... Well, good thing it's so far from release, still. Ugh, the restrooms are going to be a pain in the ass to make....

Why not just make restroom doors that you can't enter? :P

Shorten the bar? I think three combos less on its length would work on the bottom. Compliments on the use of space by the way. Very dynamic screen. Once (if you do remove those Combos) the space is free, there may be Room for an additional table!

Looking really awesome! Though I'm not sure on having the diamond pattern meeting the wood floor half way on that hallway section like you have... Maybe have the whole hall part there be wood that then goes to the diamond pattern floor?

That's how linoleum floors go, though. An abrupt transition, and Lineas's screen even has the little metal bar they usually use for it.

Mhmm, that's not the part that looks odd to me. It's more just where it happens. I'm more used to, for hallways going to linoleum, that the whole hallway is wood which then goes straight to the linoleum floor for the room itself.
As I said though, it's what I'm just used to seeing :P

Hee hee, EEWwww, green water falls!

Today in zc I discovered that I can't easily change color choices on my keyboard, I don't have a numpad! I'll have to pick one up for 20 rupees...maybe a USB HUB too. Darned minified laptops!
