Even my sister's social studies class was kept in a room with the ponies. It's on Youtube and was said to be shared somewhare on Pure ZC... That's how I heard of the herd... Talking toy ponies, party with alcohol, Twilight being smart, Pinkie being semi-reasonable... If you haven't seen it, I'll find the name at least... (Hard to post links with DS)

Also, I'm past my denial about Derpy talking. If McDonalds got a whole bunch of Derpys for happy meals, I would get a happy meal just for the Derpy. (Then eat the apples and burger and give the rest to someone else, because it's trash)

I returned to this thread to see, out of curiosity, what people's responses were to "Derpy" being called by name in an actual episode and getting voice acting, but I've gone back four pages and I only found this post (and one other sidelong reference). Do I really need to dig further? Is this thread THAT active?....

Anyway, I was quite amused to hear Derpy's name out loud, because now a fan-invented name has been made official. It doesn't hurt my enjoyment of the character, as long as they don't overdo it.

Edit: Alright. Now that I've had time to reassemble my brain after it exploded. I'd imagine you're Holly's sister, right? Here I thought it was weird that Shadowtiger lived only one county over. But now there's someone here from the very same town as me, and whose sister is in my grade at school. And I haven't shown this site to pretty much anyone at school. To say that that's one heck of a coincidence would be an understatement.

My roommate is pretty cool about my brony status. I guess it's not that big of a deal anymore once you tell someone in person. (Then again, he was already, more or less, aware of the meme, being on various forums.)

And Valentine's Day lineups have plenty of pink, but not nearly enough ponies. I will get My Little Pony Valentine cards even if it kills me.

That last vid is just beautiful.

What got me started was TMBG's newsletter which made a brief shoutout to bronies. It was a PMV for Particle Man that lit the spark. Although some local bronies turned on the gas the week before.
