Taking a dinner break and I'll be back at 9pm EST to finish the game. The hardest parts are still yet to come.

This Wednesday, starting at around 5pm EST (ish) I'll be attempting to livestream GTA Online. Don't know who will be on with me (if anyone), but should hopefully be a fun experience. Hope to see some people there!

Quick revision: The stream will probably start more around 6-6:30pm EST instead of 5. Not going to get out of work until 5:30 at the earliest.

So it'll probably be awhile before I do an Xbox One stream again. Not being able to hear the people I'm talking to is pretty bad, and the framerate seems to be all over the place. And that's on a wired 10mbps upload line, so I assume the issue is either Twitch or the Xbox hardware. Ah well. Maybe I'll try GTA Online again on the PC down the road sometime.

Going to play some Soul Blazer at about 8:15 EST (so about 30 minutes from now).

 

 

Soul Blazer is an SNES action RPG by Quintet, also known for Actraiser. Soul Blazer is the first part in a 3-game series connected through various similar elements, which also includes Illusion of Gaia and Terranigma. In Soul Blazer you act on behalf of The Master, the God and overseer of the planet. The evil force Deathtoll has scoured the planet, imprisoning all living creatures and ravaging the countryside. It's up to you to liberate the world and defeat Deathtoll.

 

It's a pretty hard to find game nowadays, especially in North America. I played it a few years back but figured it'd be fun to revisit it. Hopefully you'll tune in as well!

I should try playing that game, mainly because I've played the latter 2 games in the series a lot.

Soul Blazer is pretty good if a tad unimaginative at times (especially in terms of level design) but still is a solid game. Illusion of Gaia is total junk IMO but Terranigma is amazing and it should have been released here in the US. I would watch the crap out of a Terranigma stream.

I might play this later since I've never seen it before. Looks neat and I did love Terranigma and kinda liked Illusion of Gaia.

I'm a pretty big fan of it. It's not overly hard or complicated, but it's fun, had a good soundtrack, and has really interesting art style and level design. I've barely played Illusion of Gaia and maybe played half of Terranigma, so I might just go to those next.
