Gashin... how the hell did you get your icons blured like that....?

He probably took a screenshot of his desktop, moved it to the up-left, and then changed the color, took another one, etc. Then again, I'm just thinking outside the box.

I can't say I do know, but I will say this, the reason you keep changing it is because your desktop is becoming eye candy. When you notice it yourself, you begin experimenting it with whatever can enhance it.
