Anyways, now that I'm back home, I'm trying to get back into AC4. Trying... failing. The main story missions are just kinda boring. Like, the game isn't BAD like AC3 was; the side stuff and exploration's pretty fun. But the story's dragging it down into just sorta mediocre levels.

So am I the only person who had no trouble with the harp minigame? Like, seriously, it's not that hard. Just have to match the beat. I got it first try, and I'm bewildered to see that people are treating it like the moldorm battle of SS.
I guess you are xD I never could do it, I spent a whole day trying to get it and I couldn't do it... I don't why I can do it. So the cheat solves that issue ![]()

I can do it, it's just stupidly precise and Link tended to strum further than I waved my remote. That minigame can go to hell.
- Ventus likes this

I can do the minigame, just takes time... a lot of it. It usually takes 2-3 tries but I'll be able to do it eventually.
(The minigame I hate the most from that game is those FUCKING PUMPKINS)

I didn't have no issue what so ever with the pumpkins. I can do that minigame in my sleep

Played through all the tracks in Mario Kart 8 in my 100cc run. Working on my 150cc run. So far, this game is amazing. I'll be playing this for a while before the next big Wii U game.
I also got my free Pikmin 3 which is my very first Pikmin game. Should I use Wii Remote + Nunchuck or play with the Gamepad?
If Ventus only had a Wii U.

If Dawnlight would stop trying to hide small text.
I would say use the Gamepad, you've gotta make use out of that thing somehow ![]()

I used the gamepad, the way they used it in that game was very intuitive, you get alot of multitasking done by using it.
Also, I got Mario Kart 8 yesterday, has been lot's of fun so far! ![]()

Back to Minecraft for me. A friend of mine found an old copy of a map I used to have and would share with him as I worked on it weekly. I have gone back to working on it. Basically, this was in 1.4.7 when the map began and I was attempting to play Minecraft as if it was my noob days in Beta 1.2_02. I even had a similar style house that I eventually crafted into an expansive underground fortress where little by little I am attempting to make a 100% self-sustaining lair WITHOUT use of any cheats*. It will be pretty tedious, but I should be able to (eventually) lure at least two of each animal into my underground lair and into their own chambers so I can breed them and harvest them for resources.
Pretty much, my to-do list includes:
- Making a Potato/Carrot farm (haven't found an NPC Village yet)
- Making a Pumpkin/Melon farm (ihaven't bothered yet)
- Fix my room of chests so everything is neatly sorted
- Build more portals in the Nether
- Making a Nether Wart farm
*I have cheated a bit on the map, but only through the Too Many Items mod to access Creative Mode to help me decorate. However, I charged myself the correct amount of materials. So if I built a 8x8 floor of Cobblestone, I deleted one stack of 64 Cobblestone. In addition, I used it to create a Stick with the Silk Touch enchantment, which is only possible in Creative. The "Silk Stick" is basically used to farm Grass and Ice Blocks as well as recover Glass. Creative Mode was only used to assist in building for convenience. In some cases, I charged extra materials to compensate for cheating. Other than that, my save is 100% cheatless.

I'm finally ordered my PS4. I can't wait to play Infamous Second Son.
I just got the Templar asterisk in Bravely Default. I'm close to 40 hours into game. I should be close to the end right? So far, all the complaints I said about the game in the beginning faded away as I got further into the game. Yes, the grinding was actually fun in this game unlike FFV's grinding. Isn't Big Pharma such a broken way to pg farm in this game? Iol And also the sinister things you can do with Free Lunch. It's so much fun to break this game.

Well, you're near the end of SOMETHING all right.
I hope you continue to enjoy it. ![]()

This game is way too easy, even by Kirby standards. I understand that it is supposed to be easy, but I managed to breeze through the game up to the final boss without dying at all and rarely was in even any danger up to then. There was literally no real challenge at all until you get up to the final boss who was more trivial than anything once you work out her attack pattern.
I enjoyed many of the fun little gimmicks it included, though there were few new original ones outside the Hypernova segments. Some of the Hypernova segments are the most epic moments in the series. You can swallow hordes of enemies, masses of boulders, giant cannons and even bosses alive as Hypernova Kirby and they do a good job at giving you the feeling that you are an unstoppable force that swallows everything.

Replaying Wind Waker HD in Hero Mode again, going to 100% and zero death this game once and for all. If only I knew where the swift sail was during the last two playthroughs. No deaths so far and I thoroughly checked all the ocean and islands so I'm on the right track. Next up I'll be doing a 100% zero death run on Twilight Princess.
(so far: aLttP, LA and OoT have been 100% cleared with zero deaths... I'm not too keen on picking up Z1, Z2, MM, FS or PH and I doubt I will.)
