Playing Conception II. So far this is probably one of the most perverted games I have ever played. Ugh... everything about this game is just so wrong.

Let's just say it literally has its "ups and downs" both in the game...and in the characters within the game. At least the OST is pretty nice for the most part. I haven't really gotten deep in the combat yet, but apparently the difficulty spikes towards the end.

Ah okay, I've some of the music and I can say that it does sound alright. But upon looking at the game it looks likes it plays like Persona a "little".

Though I can't really say much more since I haven't really looked into the game. But I should be able to deduct more when I pick it up. :P

And Bioshock Infinite beaten. That ending... that was one hell of a plot twist... upon plot twist... upon plot twist. Was half expecting to see "Directed by M. Night Shyamalan" at the end. I don't know if I like that final one though. I mean it was certainly a shock, but also kinda makes no sense when I reflect on it. Overall though, really fun game, although a bit short. Probably comes in just under Last of Us for the number 2 game of 2013.

Now back to finishing Layton.

Got a little further into Conception II. I can't believe I am saying this, but the game did get quite addicting as you progress through the story. If you can ignore all the fanservice, then this game is pretty solid. The best part of the game is trying to develop and breed your star children which are your "personas" of the game. Star children are powered through your relationships between the heroines of the game. The relationship system is exactly the same type of relationship system in Danganronpa and in the Persona games. The higher the relationship you have with each heroine, the stronger your children develops when you do "classmating" with them. The combat so far is just too easy. I OHKO'd the first boss. :-/ I really hope the game gets more challenging.

@Dawnlight; At least the game sounds interesting so far, which is a good thing for me. Though I'm having to hold on it until I get some funds to get it.

Anyways I'm back to playing the first Earthbound, this time I went ahead and jumped ship to the GBA version for the sake of stuff being a little bit updated.

I've picked up Lloyd and I've got to level him up since he is at level 1... oh well thank god for the speed up function of Visual Boy Advance :P

I've completed the main game content in Dragon's Dogma now. The bonus content after it is quite interesting and pretty fun, well worth reaching this part of the game.

Recently finished Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy. I'm planning to 100% it still, but I'm done the main game. (Missed something like 40 puzzles in the main game, plus any extra ones beyond the main game.)

Daggerfall again. I was just outside in a random city trying to sleep and I wake up to a chorus of "Halt! Halt! Halt!" from the guards. Seriously, look up Daggerfall's guards on YouTube. That's all they do; approach you while chanting "Halt!" like idiots. Oh, and the best part? You're not "caught" until you take damage by any means while being pursued. This can be from the guards, fall damage or hurting yourself with your own magic. Once that happens, you're asked:

"Do you wish to surrender to the city guards?" Yes/No

If you say yes, then they take you to court where you can plead Guilty (half sentence length/fine) or Not Guilty and either cover yourself through by means of Debate (Etiquette skill) or Lie (Streetwise skill). If successfully, you're booted back on the streets with 1 health point. If you fail, you get jail time. By the way, the Etiquette and Streetwise skills are pretty much Daggerfall's version of the Speechcraft skill. Basically Etiquette is used for talking to those in royalty or high in power without being offensive and Streetwise works better for the common peasant. But for 98% of the time, a Normal tone is the way to go.

Now if you say no, you immediately take a hit to your reputation in that region and are in trouble. If you get knocked to 0 health, you're taken to court where you either end up incarcerated or can debate or lie your way out of a sentence. Get into too much trouble, and almost ALL of the NPCs will give a "You get no response." pop-up when talking to them. That or they'll talk to you differently. If you have a low reputation but not low enough to be ignored, they may say, "What do you want now, RedmageAdam?" where with neutral it may be "How may I help you, stranger?".

So yeah, basically I got on a high level character and kept committing murder until I finally died. If your reputation is too low, you don't get taken to court; you just die like normal. Also, the best thing in the entire game is if you're in a house and attack the entrance of it with a weapon, you're charged for murder and usually you'll have like 5-10 Guards stacked on top of each other either inside your character or right next to him/her. It's possible to have enough guards spawn that your character isn't even given a chance to collapse to the ground completely where triggers the game over cutscene. I really love it to be honest, as somber as it is. Here's a link to Daggerfall's game over sequence: https://www.youtube....h?v=mYGhTrlaLr4

Well, trying to cause as much chaos as I can seems to have helped me calm down from earlier.

Finished Professor Layton and the Azran Legacies. And... not gonna lie, I'm not a big fan of the ending. It opened up plot holes everywhere, failed to explain certain plot points, pulled plot points out of thin air when it felt like it, and basically tried way too hard to be Unwound Future's ending and came off as forced, rather than genuinely bittersweet. But eh. It could have been worse.

I've beaten Mother 1 on the GBA, and I have to say if anyone is going to play the first game play its released version on the Mother 1+2 game. Its so much more enjoyable then the nes version, And I made the game go buy a little faster with the easy ring (Its included in the translation only if you want to use it).

But now with that done I might start up Earthbound on the SNES, I feel the need to play these games again for some reason. xD

Beat Arkham Origins last night. Surprisingly short game. There's still some side stuff to do, but it's mostly collectathon. Damn you, Enigma... Once that's done, I had a craving for the better-crafted games, so I think I'm gonna give Arkham Asylum and Arkham City another shot soon. Also mostly because the update in the fall with Windows Live going down erased my save file for City, so I got a lot to retrieve...

Yes, I do own all three games on different consoles. Asylum, 360. City, PC. Origins, Wii U.

After getting tired of how repetitive Conception 2 is, I went back to Bravely Default. And boy did it get so much better now that I acquired more classes. I swear, the first 10 hours of the game were just dreadful gameplay wise.

I've 100%'d Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy's main game...kind of. I did all the puzzles, found all the collection items and cleared all the minigames. I didn't bother finding all the treasure hunt things since there really isn't any point. (Maybe I'll go back and to it someday. >_>)

I also haven't done all the daily puzzles since they're not all out yet. Though Miracle Masks' are all out by this point, so I'll possibly go back and do that. Not now though. I've been wanting to play A Link Between Worlds finally, so that'll be what I do next. ._.
