@Yoshimi: I really like the color depth and the edits, but I'm not really liking the gradient coloring along the cliff sides where it goes from dark to light, it makes them look awkward when stacked on each other.
What I was planning was something like this: Let's say I have a cliff that's three tiles tall. The top row is light grey, dark grey the second is dark gray, black the third would be dark grey, black again (and the fourth, fifth,... row would also be dark grey, black). I hope I will get away with that.
