Even though he never really seemed like a true villian, I feel as though General Onyx would fit in this game very well.  Him and Veran would make a killer combo.

That trailer looks... pretty weird, but hey that's a really interesting addition. Chances of me still playing as Link... 99% (haters gonna hate and that random calculation makes me feel like I'm Fi, damn it all)

This trailer seems to help the speculation that Lana is Nayru, since Nayru is the Goddess of wisdom, and Lana's attacks are based around books.

The character design of Lana is such a Team Ninja thing. It has Team Ninja written all over it.

Unique fighting style though.

Hmmm... And I just suddenly realized the story is a joke and certainly was written by Team Ninja or Tecmo or whatever

... I can't say I like it. She just sounds annoying and her attacks don't even seem that inspired, although that giant beetle was cool. Otherwise... meh. Kinda disappointed by her inclusion if this is all she has to offer, but who cares, still on the Lana hype train.

So, we're seriously ignoring that she whacked the crap out of a Darknut with a parasol? Because I think that deserves some mention. Honestly, she doesn't look that bad. I was expecting lots of bug attacks, and instead got... giant, massive bugs. Which I'm okay with.
