Cool! What tree burning are you referring too? I thought the only tree burnings needed were on the way into the Shadow Temple.

There's what appears to be a cave hole/tree log hole that when I walk in to it, I land on a spike. Something about an invisible trigger.

Oh, ha ha. That's a trap. A fake entrance. It's not invisible so it's fake.

oh. LOL.

Well anyway, I've pretty much finished the game save one heart piece. I ultimately finish up with 21 deaths.

I swam around the Ocean got Nayru's Love. I also beat the first triforce dungeon where it playd the Slow Lost Woods outside it theme. I loved it, so I downloaded the MIDI. Where is the Ocean Temple though I still haven't found the hookshot. I finished "that" cave with the Blue Gohma up to "that" chest. I got the Bronze Wealth Medal. I also bought the Power Glove, got the medium Bomb Bag and the medium quiver and why is he selling Bottles when I already found one in the first dungeon?

EDIT: I am shocked that no one has played this on Youtube yet. icon_eek.gif

The Triforce of Wisdom (not actually labeled such in-game) is in the south-east corner of the ocean. It's sorta hidden but not too subtle if you look around for it. Remember that you can use the map button to look around an are you've visited without taking the time to swim there.

The bottle in the Deadwood lair is a paid alternative to a hidden item, sorta like the Hylian shield in OoT. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

Someone once requested a lets-play of this, but I haven't heard of it getting done.

I'll try it when I'm done, but I'm warning you. My voice is horrible when I'm sick. I think I'll just use annotations.

EDIT: I found a Lantern under a Seashell in the Ocean. I see Zora's Sapphire and a Triforce Symbol how much closer can I get?

I feel STUPID! It was right there and I kept dying with my measly five hearts. I really dislike River Zoras now. I even bombed myself to death trying to check the bottom of the mountain wall on the screen below the one with two River Zoras.

Yes I did and what were those slimes dropping grey hearts? That's the first time I actually felt really scared in a dungeon. Oh yeah fix your Light World theme. It's not looping right. Anyway what's with the Halo of Light on the mountain? And where is the third dungeon?

1. Grey hearts: They hurt you. Don't touch.
2. Light world theme: Funny, I thought I got all the loops right. Is this the latest one (OoT) or the old one (LttP) with the default palette?
3. Halo: Which mountain? If it's by the ocean then you can get something there.
4. Third dungeon: In the mountains. Use the ocarina somewhere to get started in the right direction.

1 yeah I died to that while trying to get around it for a shiny blue rupee. I can't resist rupees.
2 LTTP version when you go to the area where the Triforce Shrine is.
3 Yeah the place with the Splitting Darknuts. Ouch.
4 Oh you mean where it plays OoT Field theme? I was there awhile ago and died to the Splitting Darknuts.

I went into a cave with the Ocarina and found a wall with 4 cracks. My bombs didn't work. I killed myself tring to figure it out.

Death Total 23 as of now.

EDIT: I was playing the first two dungeons without a controller. When I got to Ocean Temple I felt like putting back in because, I played Final Fantasy XII yesterday and I didn't get much done. I'm supposed to go to Pharos Lighthuse right now with Reddas.

In 1.2.6 and later, the LttP theme is gone, replaced entirely by the OoT one. I noticed the OoT theme had an imperfect loop so I tweaked it a bit (download from my signature).

As for the four cracks (you mean the cave accessed after using the Ocarina, right?), notice one segment of the wall doesn't have a crack...

Am I going the right way? I got a sword upgrade and I'm now in Mountain Core. I want the Blue Tunic soon!

I just got all the Triforce Pieces and a nice Sword as well as 8 Hearts. That Halo of Light has made me real curious now. And the tree in front of the talking Deku Scrub. What's with the Graveyard in the forest? I don't care that the overworld MIDI's don't loop correctly on the version I'm playing now.

1. The halo guards something good if you can beat the darknuts.
2. The tree has something good if you do as the scrub suggests.
3. The graveyard has a secret. The hint is the crater where a grave should be.
