Yeah there isn't a map for that level.
Anyway, you raise an interesting point with the clocks/stopwatches, but I'm pretty sure I have those disabled, but I'll check. I guess it's possible that the beta you're using has them enabled anyway.
Oh yes, they are enabled in the version I was using, and it came into play against those patras again (this time for real... they were where they were supposed to be). There were smaller enemies with them. I killed one of them and it left behind a stopwatch. That froze the patras in place. I have never frozen patras before. They continued to run their usual formations but just standing still. This made for easy target practice with full hearts (must consume a water of life if you are not full) and no chance of injury.
Also, little known fact. Most people know if you feed a dodongo a super bomb it dies and you get your super bomb back. However, did you know that if smoke from a superbomb comes into contact with a dodongo, you also get your superbomb back if you slash them while they're stunned? Better yet, blow up a superbomb near several dodongos and rack up the superbombs! (er... well... I didn't see any bomb upgrades through 8 levels so I guess 2 is the most you can carry... )
