It would be nice, though, if we didn't have to click on the image to see it at regular resolution. Are you using the F12 button to take your screenshots? Or is that the only way your fileshare site allows you to post photos?

Thanks icon_smile.gif

Yeah, that is the way image shack does things. I remember you used to be able to not have them re-size the thumbnails, but they must've changed a setting, or removed that feature cause I can't do it anymore. I may look into another file hosting site.

Anthus, your screens have this Eldin Volcano vibe. That's pretty neat.

Especially stupid when the thumbnails are significantly larger files than the originals... icon_razz.gif
Maybe you're seeing something different than I am, but doesn't it give you several different link formats? There should be one labeled "Forum Code" that points to the original image. Something like this:
CODE
[URL=http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/515/zelda013.png/][IMG]http://img515.imageshack.us/img515/8830/zelda013.png[/IMG][/URL]

Uploaded with [URL=http://imageshack.us]ImageShack.us[/URL]

Lots of extraneous crap, too, but you can strip that out.

Imageshack only gives you a direct link if you're a member, but even without signing up there IS a way to link to the direct image - which is removing all the crap from the forum code as Saffith said. Just cut away the URL tags and keep the IMG tag.

Nope. If you click on the picture's thumbnail after you upload it, it brings you to the picture. There, you can copy the image's location, open up in a new tab. You can do it this way logged in and out.

This is exactly what I was thinking when I saw these shots.

I can't see a grass layer... I see green stone walls in the foreground, small bricks in the background and a bunch of ladders...

It's too small to even see. icon_shrug.gif Other then that, it's very bland and uninteresting, nothing new at all.

Yeah, I'm sorry but it's hard to see. I can't even download the picture to get a better look at it. The only way was using zoom on my Internet explorer, but it makes things fuzzy, so I could barely see what you are talking about.

It looks like it's growing over every brick. You could try having it only growing over some bricks, placed strategically/logically based on where it would make sense for it to grow, like on the topmost bricks where Link steps onto.

Decided to revision Timbersin Village for the third time, but this time, I've gone from LA tiles to semi-custom. icon_smile.gif

this is a bigger image:bigger image can you see it now?

What would you recommend to make it look better?

I'm trying to make it look like a tower that been or at least looks like its been abandoned a while. like grass growing on walls.

Critique this as harshly as you like; don't hold back. I'm really trying to improve my dungeon design.
