DavidReinold, you do you have to ignore my posts? D;

You'll get used to it.

Anyway... Have yet to watch the new episode. Have to wait until I can watch it together with a friend. I always feel out of the loop. D:

Pretty sure we can expect a Pinkie centric episode next. And also the leaked Smile, smile, smile song. Just a hunch. Christmas and Pinkie would fit nicely together I think.

Well I was completely off! Still a great episode. I think we can all guess what my favorite parts were...icon_razz.gif

My Little Pony is officially the #1 meme of all time (on Know Your Meme)
And naturally, I can't find the source, but I saw that when looking for today's episode. icon_unsettled.gif

you imply that this wouldn't literally be the most awesome thing ever

You have a point there, that would be pretty awesome. But I couldn't really think of any other examples.

I've been trying to get my sister to watch the show for over a month now and she still hasn't gotten around to it. So I'm going to pester her on Facebook until she watches the first two episodes. icon_lol.gif

She's introduced me to several animes, and the other way around, so it's with mutual respect as two siblings with similar interests in animation.

Yep. Definitely a worthy cause and attempt. My sister is a Brony as well; not sure how that happened... But, awesome. We've been swapping the PonySongs we've accumulated.

My sister is a brony as well. But then, she's also 4, so it's inevitable.

That's okay. A classmate of mine knows a 5-year-old boy who likes the show.

Like, just... huh?

Impressive. Maybe I can get one of my nephews to watch the show. icon_shrug.gif (Probably not my 7-year-old nephew)

EDIT: GAH!!!! Why is the toyline so awful? I only saw 2 toys during my trip to Walmart today. One was some dark purple face. It was either Cheerilee or Spike. And there was also some sort of baby dancing Pinkie Pie that made me CRINGE. I didn't really look at them closely; I just looked at them passing-by.

I'm reasonably sure that 4-5 year olds like the show for different reasons than 10-40 year olds. icon_blah.gif icon_xd.gif

The Europe toys are SOOOOOOO much better. They have this line of "blind bag" ponies that you can get for 2 Euros each (super cheap) but you can't tell which one's you're going to get. The point is to collect all of them. They're EXTREMELY show-accurate, too, it's amazing...I'm thinking of buying some off of eBay...I just wish Hasbro was smart enough to bring them to the US. You can get a 24 set box of molded show-accurate ponies here in America at almost any Toys R' Us, but...it's just not the same. I think the ones here are a bit smaller, too.

Though I won't deny...I wouldn't say no to a brushable...

That's the reason why I'm watching FiM and not G1-3.

(This post won't make a lick of sense to someone who has never seen the show, or heard the term "G1" before. Like me.)

Shadowtiger, don't be Beefster. G1-3 was great, G3.5/3.75 were the only truly awful ones.

G1: Amazing because violent.
G2: Amazing because relevant and daring.
G3: Good because legitimately funny.
G3.5: Meh, could take it or leave it. Fun, I guess.
G3.75: WHY?!

Is there anybody here who thinks that grown men shouldn't be watching MLP but sports? haha.
