Well then it's settled.

LET'S HAVE A PARTY!

*Fires the party cannon*

For the record: I almost cried.

Why do people link me these? Do they want me to start crying all over my desk?

This is probably just another example of me having a heart of stone but I don't see anything particularly...tear-worthy, for lack of a better word. I mean, I'm not trying to insult you all for crying, I just don't understand why you did. Is there something I'm missing? (And I don't mean a heart. icon_deformed.gif) Is it just because of how cute they are?

I guess that makes me the Silver medal. I wanted to cry for both the eCard and My Little Dashie. They're so touching and sad, respectively.

Bronze medal: Get DavidReinold to cry
Silver medal: Get Beefster to cry
Gold medal: Get Banjo7J to cry

EDIT: Pfft. I realize ALLCAPS looked dumb there.

While that did make me laugh, it's probably not actually that hard to make me cry, I just don't see why someone would cry over that. (Especially since some of the things there made me want to stick my thumbs in my eyes as a substitute eye-gouger.) Hell, if making me cry is the gold medal, DR would have approximately 17 and a half billion dollars worth if I had actually read Pretty In Pink. Nothing personal DR, it's just that one river is enough for the city I live in.

Somehow, I managed to fall behind by three episodes. God damn. The problem has been rectified. Here's what I thought of all the episodes, real quick:

The Mysterious Mare Do Well - Loved it. Best of the second season so far. Not much else to say about it, really, except that it kept reminding me of Batman: TAS. Which was awesome. Interesting seeing them doing more with Pinkie's Pinkie Sense, too.

Sweet and Elite - Also loved it. Rarity has always been my least favorite of the main six (I refuse to say "mane six") due to her somewhat elitist attitude, but this episode really redeemed her in my eyes.

The Secret of My Excess - I didn't really care for this one as much. The whole puberty theme seemed very sort of... awkward. Like they weren't sure where to go with it at first. Plus, I've never particularly cared for the Spike/Rarity plot-thread... thing. So... Meh.

I think we all agree that Rarity was a snob/attention whore in the first season. Season 2 gave her much needed character development.

Applejack still remains a rather flat character. She needs more character development.

Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash are all well-defined characters and could use a break.

But Pinkie Pie... Is there anything to develop? (An episode would still be appreciated, of course. icon_razz.gif )

But, of course, the Christmas special is next up, I think. Then a 3 week break. Then it better be a Pinkie Pie or Applejack episode.

I feel like something about my brony status is missing. But I don't know what.

Well then...

So after listening to Azekahh's reading of My Little Dashie, I decided to read it for myself...

...bad move. Now I'm in shambles. Again.

If I may quote a passage:
QUOTE
Dashie even talked about getting a job, but then she remembered what I told her. The look on her face was heartbreaking. We were enjoying a cake we made, which I must add we have improved upon that skill, when she brought it up. I jokingly said she can't due to her being a pony and I laughed. She remained silent. My god I'm horrible. I...I just laughed because my daughter is different.

HOW DOES HE DO THAT?

I'm gonna go take a cold shower...after which, I may re-think my life...

So I just saw something incredibly cute and felt like sharing it with you all.

Prepare yourself for extreme cuteness.

(Also, just FYI, not the original image. I edited out the watermark. Well, not a watermark, but the same kinda idea, and still quite annoying anyway. Don't know why I'm bothering to tell you this.)

I'm not sure if that picture is more cute or funny.

Last night, I went on a rampage for pony avatars. I have about 6 lined up.
*sigh*
I change my avatar too often these days. icon_razz.gif

I don't really find it funny. I mean, I see why you do, but IMO, instead of being funny, that just adds to how adorable it is.

Also, yes, yes you do.

I just need to calm down and keep to changing avatars once a week. I get bored of my avatar after a while. icon_unsettled.gif

I just get so excited when I have 6 avatars lined up... AND I WANT TO USE THEM ALL.

Welp, chapter 2 of Mods Asleep Post Humans is up. About an hour ago I sent it to EqD, and just a minute ago they responded saying it was sent to the pre-readers. Wish me luck!

Wow. You've already caught up the the (equivalent of the) present? How are you going to fit in the brosecution and exodus to ponychan and all that jazz? Considering it should have already happened...

I'm not sure how I'll work that out. Since the mane 6 are supposed to be latecomers to the fanbase, I figure they'll experience the hate after the huge blow-up, and will have to go back and research why everyone's so upset about it.
