I just beat Pokemon Y....TWO WORDS....KICK ASS!!! Like Fire Emblem Awakening, Pokemon X and Y is probably the most accessible Pokemon game yet. The new EXP Share prevents grinding, and for those who seek a challenge can turn EXP Share off completely. I also liked how unlike the previous three generations, there is a much wider selection of different Pokemon to choose from for your party. I was surprised that I encountered over 300 types of Pokemon in my first run of the game. The presentation is also top notch as well. No more sprite based battles...thank god. I loved the graphical overhaul to produce battles similar to that in the Stadium/Colosseum series. Excellent game overall and stands up at the top as one of my favorite entries in the series.

With Pokemon Y beaten, I decided to go back to Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix. I'm currently in Agrabah right now. The game got easier when I got the Cure spell from Traverse Town. 

 

Also, I decided to give Final Fantasy V for Android (On my Gen 2 ASUS Nexus 7) a shot. And so far, I'm pretty impressed with this port. With the exception of the terrible character sprites, everything else seems to run a lot smoother than the GBA version. And believe me, the GBA version had TONS of frame rate drops. Perhaps this version will make me like FFV more.

You get Cure from Traverse Town? I could have sworn that it was the reward for beating Clayton in Deep Jungle. Did it get changed for the new version, and where exactly do you get it now?

I started a no-equipment, low-level playthrough of Super Mario RPG today. Croco wiped the floor with me twice, got lucky the second time, since he didn't throw many bombs. Mack went down fairly easily, but I'm stuck on Belome.

 

Also, I decided to give Final Fantasy V for Android (On my Gen 2 ASUS Nexus 7) a shot. And so far, I'm pretty impressed with this port. Perhaps this version will make me like FFV more.

I know it probably sounds shallow of me but I couldn't bear to play the iOS port because of those terrible sprites. They all looked like Play-Doh robots... and the interface was ugh.

If you're doing a low-level playthrough, are you using the Jump glitch to help with the first half of the game? You get into a battle at Mushroom Way against a Spiny enemy, and without the Jump Shoes, use only Jump attacks on it. You'll deal no damage at all, but every Jump attack you use will increase it's power by 1. After you max out it's attack power (I believe it's something like 200, it takes a while), you'll have the attack powered up to where it will blast away bosses very quickly, and will carry you through a low-level playthrough until you can get the items to manipulate EXP gain. The record for playing it this way is finishing the entire game with Mario at Level 3.

I think it might be from Clayton. I forgot parts of the game already .

The sprites for Bartz and co suck...period, but for everything else, it feels like an updated FFV equivalent to how FFIV got that PSP makeover. The touch controls actually work very well. I forgot to mention that there's diagonal movement in this game and the virtual analog stick movement controls function exactly like Chaos Rings. I just hope there are no FR issues this time around.

But he's like a stealthy thief... that Shoots arrows into the backs of people who don't smell very nice... or try to kill me

 

Instead of playing the main storyline, im just going to RP my character... that he is a stealthy thief trying to improve his skills.

 

 

I also bought Fallout: New Vagas for the xbox360. Im getting in ordered in next week XD ... looking forward to that too

I've been playing Twilight Princess. I forgot how amazing it is. I'm up to the City of the Sky. I'm rather disappointed there were no new areas for the Temple of Time or City in the Sky (they used revisited places) but the dungeon design makes up for it IMO. So far, nothing to majorly complain about. I regret not retrying this out sooner.

 

Trying to find every glitch in OoT3D too.

 

I'm also playing Halo still with my friends, it has been fun needless to say.

 

Edit: I'm interested in getting Grand Theft Auto V and The Last Of Us. I know I'll be getting A Link Between Worlds next month for sure, but I don't know when I'll be getting those two. Sorry X and Y, you're not on my list anytime soon.

Went and picked up WWE 2k14 last night at the launch, Man I was stuck outside with some light rain and in huge line...

Well I got it and I'll give it a try after my brother gets done with it, as of now my dreamcast memory card I ordered is nowhere to be seen...

 

So right now I'll play the GameCube version of Skies of arcadia, this is actually a good game.

Went back to playing The Last of Us. 61% of the game so far. The game  got really intense from where I'm at. I just past the part...

I probably still have about 8-10 hours left of the game. I can't wait to see how it ends.

 

I'm getting a game tomorrow called Puppeteer for the PS3. I heard it's supposed to be an amazing platformer.

Also, I'm just saying but the white text is clearly readable on PZC's dark skin.

 

I am playing no games right now, except ZC quests. I want to get back on Pokemon X soon.
