Got to level 8 having trouble finding the level 3 gloves seems like i found most of the secret passages in the area. By the way level 8 is pretty unique good job with the quest so far!

To get the glove you have to trip a trigger and you need a key. I don't know if you have tripped the trigger or gotten a key or open doors. So here it goes:

From the entrance warps go left, hookshoot across push the block box take warp, go down, go left, go down, hookshot across go left walk on trigger, now go back right go up, go right hookshot across go up push block box take warp. Now to the glove go up, go left, you'll have to hookshot across and hit trigger if you haven't all ready then go up, go up (it's a key door), now just keep going up till you get to the top kill patra take warp, go down get glove.

 

Be sure to go back to that area where you tripped that trigger because there is another trigger and key. If you haven't all ready. Hope I'm not confusing you with my directions. I try to make it as simple as possible.

If you hit the torch with your hookshot on the right side, then you can hook shot across to the other

Question:

 

What does the king refer to when he mentions the crypt in the rotten plains?  I have been all over and killed all enemies on each screen, and cannot seem to find it.  i just finished beating the level where you get the hammer and crystal arrows, and have bought the big wallet, but now i am stuck and can not get anywhere else until i figure this out.  

 

i tried entering the big building in the center, but i cannot do it.  it is as if there is an invisible block stopping me.  Please advise.  

 

Also, were are all the gemstones that the man in Lions peak talks about.  i remember only finding one in the grasslands south of sandgaze village, but that is it so far.

 

Man i love it.  this just keeps getting better.  But i will say i do find each boss/level getting easier than the last..... or i could just be getting better....

Okay... I have beaten Level 2 and smiled about Nargad breaking the fourth wall. Now after Level 2 I went straight into Kumaka Jungle and found Level 3. Is that the right path or should I visit Charles Kingdom first?

At last, I joined the gentlemen club, and got the hat on beta version. But is reward only it? Also I can't go to the west room after joined.

Alright Twilight Knight! Beat level 8 finally with the help of Artistic of course! Now its time to do some mass exploration because I tried level 9 and it is quite difficult with only the blue cloak and the sandstorm. I have one question however is there any flute in the game and does it have to do with eagle statues spread throughout the overworld. If so that would help greatly!

Those aren't guards, but armor stands, lol. I'd be better though if there was a headless guard!

Still, it's in the rotten plains and you can find it, certainly now you have the hammer...

 

The gemstones are a bit of a secret, but I can tell there are 3 total.

No, there are more, very minor rewards from the gentlemen club. You are still using an old file, that's why you can't enter that room. You can download NTCC from pzc and rename the file to NTCCbeta to continue your beta save game!

There is no flute in the game, but there is another instrument! I suggest searching in a very frozen and Rebonite-ish place. Don't forget to bring your climbing gloves!
