CastChaos, Judasrising.... Glad to see you're still around. I could really use some support. I thought everybody abandoned this super fine quest! I've been working in earnest while enjoying the frustration associated with it. Thanks...

Need help right now. I'm Almost done with Jellyca Castle, but I need a tarot card. I expended my last one at Mold Memory.

= Is there a shop where I can buy a tarot card OR do I need to retrace my steps back from level 1, etc... to get one.
= Where is the next sword? I have over 12 hearts.
= Where is the biggest wallet (999 capacity)?

Thanks in advance

re: tarot card - found one at Amiss! Will go and finish Jellyca Castle icon_biggrin.gif
re: sword - i now understand how it goes... duh!

Again... my questions, my answers (A definite sign of a VERY WELL MADE quest). Thanks CastChaos

How did you know that the second item will be under a pot? If you haven't found it yet, you should assume that it's in a chest..
You need some keys, walk through the upper floor again to see places you can use your wand on, they can be crystal switches or pentagrams. Things that look like were put together from different things (each quarter of them have different colour, like they were put together from the pieces of 4 other things and the joints are magically glowing) react to the wand, too. For example if I recall, south from the ice patra room is something that looks like to be pushed, but you need to touch it with the wand instead. It should give you a new way to the lower floor.

Bat thing as magic: I originally wanted to build up a plot in which people of Exile think of magic as something very dark and evil, and so I initially planned all magic items to be black and spooky. The wand indeed became so.

I didn't think it was under a pot. I saw a pot and naturally thought I needed to go over and shoot it with arrows. What has this quest done to me!? icon_confused.gif
I feel really stupid now because I found that room, made a mental note not to forget about it, and promptly forgot all about it upon getting the wand.

As for the magic, I can see what you were trying to go for but the sprite you chose (same for the wallmasters) is just really funny when you realize where it's from. Kinda like the Aquaria battle music from BoaB.

zckrazee:
There's always sufficient number of tarot cards, I hope Desert Ocean isn't an exception for that, let's see... I see now. Go back out to the south part of the overworld, to the statue. Look at the upper right quarter of the screen. There are some sand formations in a
OXO
XOX
OXO
format, where X is the formation and O is plain sand. Slash is the middle to reveal a tarot card.
Anyway, these bait tarot cards are the Wheel cards of the Big Arcanum, for the Wheel symbolizes the changing of luck, so now it symbolizes the change in ownership (you give it to somebody else).

Swords and hearts don't relate to each other in BB quests, you can pick them up with any heart. Which you mean by "next"? If you still have just the first one, then go back to the restored L2 isle after beating this level and look in a cave. Again, slash at suspicious formations.

The biggest wallet is at a later restored isle, found quite like the 500 wallet, just a bit harder to find.

And I typed all that before realizing that you answered your own questions, that ----- line tricked me... 0_O

What has this quest done to me!? :/

Widened your view, hehe. Next time you make a quest, you will find it natural to make green stones burnable, pots shootable and coloured trees will seem to be completely normal decorations.
...or not. Only BB/SB was like that, CoP is more expectable and BBIV is planned to be even more expectable (there are many other things a quest can get good besides widened sense of secret combos).

Sorry for the interruption. I don't get on here very often, so if I am doing something wrong please let me know.
I love playing all the Zelda Classic games and have to say this one (cousins of power) is a masterpiece. I am however having a problem finding the BOW. Been looking for it for about 2 days. I can't even find the weird pot that is mentioned in post #140.
If anyone could give me additional directions to getting the bow, I would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance

oldtimer, keep an eye for a tile with a boomerang symbol. use your boomerang and a chest will pop out. that level is huge, but if my memory serves me right, it's towards right of the middle (does that make sense?)

judasrising, help please.
Finished Jellyca, then picked up a more powerful sword. Can't figure out where to go next.
Where is the next level?
Where can I get the next level boomerang?

Aaah, here we go again, CastChaos, Judasrising (my question, my answer). I love this quest more each time!...
Found a way to move forward. Is that "Cooler"? place the next level?

Yes, the Coolant layer is the upper floor of the next level. Prepare to shiver and sweat at the same time. That dungeon's main concept was inspired by Hailfire Peaks of Banjo Tooie, then the actual making was according to what I seen in a dream of mine.

Under town fights does not lead you to the golden armor , but you get another item UNDER TOWN.

chiefbigcalf:
You need to use the item of L8 there. It's not "PH", it's "DÁ". Initials of my real life name... for that is the toy box from my childhood.
Golden tunic: restored L7 isle, but not the "Under town" area (the series of fights), rather another secret place there.

EDIT: As for dynamite, it's sold in the elite shops. You need the Myratech Seal to access them. It's a missable item in past L2 and L4 isles. You can get one in Exile, but you need the dynamite for it. You can find one in L9.
